I´ve never seen Mustaine with this much energy and enthusiasm in his entire career, I can only assume this is the very album he had in mind throughout most his career. Definitely the best since Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction. I truly hope he keeps this line of thought for future projects!
Totally, this is the song that gravitates towards Rust In Peace the most. It really has the same stuff Hangar 18 had. Not the billion guitarsolos that thing has, but still :)
Dave never fails with innovation ... sorry Metallica that's why we have speed metal! Fuck you very much the people that benefited! Metallica after Dave you owned that shit no worries...
I remember in an interview from the past Dave noting that the most difficult part with the new songs (especially if they are complex) is to learn how to play them and sing at the same time. He was saying how much effort he needed for that, after a record was finished, and that if he felt unsure, he would go for playing rather than singing and fucking up.
He should hire a singer so he can focus on playing guitar. I've been saying this for years. He's great in the studio because there are things you can do to make it sound good. You can't hide on stage and that's where he suffers.
The Absent Mind I wouldn't say they suck. Sure, hes not the best singer out there, but daves vocals work really well the megadeth sound. Also nowadays, his vocals are getting better (i know he had some shows where he sang with a micky mouse voice) especially considering hes had a bunch of neck surgeries
I'm a fan of metal sound's but I find through the years megadeth always impress me and make me enjoy their sound ... more and more... it's always better products afer products, shows after show ... thanks guys !!
I think Kiko plays with plenty and a lot of feel. Have you ever listened to him play jazz fusion or "No Gravity"? Although as much as I love Kiko, I'm probably more into Poland and Marty Friedman.
BooNillaHD My thoughts exactly. I mean, yeah he's a great guitarist but he wasn't a good fit for the band. His solos are out of emotion and just full of technique.
rust in peace for the best of melodic power thrash metal. Cryptic Writings for back pure metal after grunge. Dystopia for future metal and 33 years with grammy awards. congratulation !!!
I took my two sons to there first concert at Las Vegas at the joint and we watched Dave and he was awesome and still has all the moves as a young Dave and my boys wish to see there favorite band was a dream come true .
We spoke with Dave Mustaine and David Ellefson back in 2000 and we covered a variety of topics on their musical style, why they left Los Angeles, and how to deal with difficult people. ruclips.net/user/edit?video_id=PaX67d0jcas
the moment i first saw this video i was exited to see them playing again on stage! thanks to chris and kiko for making this possible hope to see another album in the future! Still love Dystopia And This Instrumental version of this song is amazing!
Just call it an extra-long instrumental intro. The "Director's Cut" of the song. The lyrics would normally follow performing the entire song. Which would be quite accurately -- EPIC!
He didn't sing the song because kiko, junior, and him were trying to get a vocal harmony correct. Something they don't do in the original song. Look up the most recent versions of dystopia live, they have the harmony down and it sounds fantastic
dave never too late. you're still perfect at playing guitar. Kiko and you rock ! however, if you find a cool vocal for this band and just focus on playing guitar, megadeth will be much better. like Chuck's transition from death to control denied.
Megadeth has the better catalogue 90s and ahead for sure but some of the only Other bands to do what Metallica did in the 80s was the Beatles in the 60s, The Stones 68- 73 The Police 78-84 and I guess the Chilli Peppers 99- 05
Kiko is unbelievable.
+Fábio
He plays with the guitar hangin really low! His arms aren't short, but still.
Fábio acho que ele finalmente encontrou a "bola quadrada" que tanto procurou hausha
@@rubemevangelista3868 hahahah

+Leonel Cantú de Llano I think that Endgame it's better
+Andrés Castañeda same
+Leonel Cantú de Llano It's better than Countdown. Not in Rust In Peace league, but still. Very close. Peace Sells still pulls ahead on all of them.
+Leonel Cantú de Llano What about Endgame? It's a killer album!
Lol I'll have to stop you there this album doesn't compare to Rust In Piece. more like endgame
The beginning has the same feel as HANGAR 18 !
Totally, this is the song that gravitates towards Rust In Peace the most. It really has the same stuff Hangar 18 had. Not the billion guitarsolos that thing has, but still :)
attilaevil the whole song!
Especially the outro riff is very similar to the riff between Marty's solos in Hangar.
The ending does too. I'd say it resembles Hangar 18 too much.
Dave never fails with innovation ... sorry Metallica that's why we have speed metal! Fuck you very much the people that benefited! Metallica after Dave you owned that shit no worries...
The old Megadeth is back!!!
+Evander Abraham new style with quality of old.
the new Megadeth is here!
The old Megadeth is back! Thanks Kiko for being in the band. Best album since Rust In Piece And Countdown to extinction 🤘🏻
The new megadeth was here. They’re something more and more as each day passes.
@@POWwrestling look at the new one its better

Thanks for that bro. I just heard this song today on Google play amd he was singing, so this makes sense now:)

Dave's guitar epicness is an often overlooked fact of rock n' roll. The man changed so much it's not funny
I'm a fan of metal sound's but I find through the years megadeth always impress me and make me enjoy their sound ... more and more... it's always better products afer products, shows after show ...

mustaine is nothing but a master song writer... mustaine has neverending library of songs!!
I only watch this because i was curious if Kiko could play all those crazy stuff he does on the studio version live, and he could!
Ain't seen nothing yet
This is the easiest album in his entire career.
Wisam Sudrajat It's not his Dyers Eve (recording something you can't play live *LARS*)
of course man of course!! He's a freaking beast! Just look at the track conquer or die!
Angra songs are way more harder than any Megadeth song, so I think he can
the first time i've listen to Dystopia i had a smile from ear to ear from the beginning to the end.
kiko is such a better fit than chris broderick and his robot playing.
You mean "Domo arigato Chris Broderick-ato domo domo"
BooNillaHD both robots in my opinion
I think Kiko plays with plenty and a lot of feel. Have you ever listened to him play jazz fusion or "No Gravity"? Although as much as I love Kiko, I'm probably more into Poland and Marty Friedman.

Tell me when did Chris fail
Dave,David,Kiko,Adler=best megadeth lineup for me
Rust in peace's line-up then Peace Sells's
Dave,David,Marty,Nick
The best line up.......
Adler is a beast, but in my opinion Dirk is better
anyone else sang the lyrics in dave's voice? 😂
Tatter Tots maybe a backing track
Kiko Kiko rá rá rá!
KIKO IS A BOSS!!
Amazing mixing. Very well done to the crew.
what a masterpiece! Kiko Loureiro truly an excellent musician
He did the same with endgame when they played a new song . He didn't sing it
Vic Rattlehead yeah man pity
Which song was that than?
I can only imagine this day we fight omg I love the vocals on that song but that shit must have slapped live
I was there at that concert. Best fucking show I've ever seen in my life!
rust in peace for the best of melodic power thrash metal. Cryptic Writings for back pure metal after grunge. Dystopia for future metal and 33 years with grammy awards. congratulation !!!
I was at that concert! It was 5 days after my birthday! It was incredible! I loved the performance they did!
I took my two sons to there first concert at Las Vegas at the joint and we watched Dave and he was awesome and still has all the moves as a young Dave and my boys wish to see there favorite band was a dream come true .
is adler on the drums ?
Yep
I can almost hear Angra from that Ibanez. So distinct.
Kiko is the man!

Love this song... was sad they didn't play it in Denver on 2/23/2016. I only recall them playing "The Threat is Real" from the new album.
So fucking cool when some band play a brand new music live for the fucking first time! It must be amazing be around when things like this happen.
the moment i first saw this video i was exited to see them playing again on stage! thanks to chris and kiko for making this possible hope to see another album in the future! Still love Dystopia And This Instrumental version of this song is amazing!

Adoro Dave ele é demais som muito bom
I don't know how people think Chris plays like a robot, he moves around way more than this guy, this guitarist never left his spot
Zach Landon who is chris?
@@alphaduck8542 he mean Chris Broderick, former megadeth lead guitarist before kiko
lol, Conquer or Die much? Kiko flies around the entire stage
Dave I love the instrumentals. Please do it more.
Kiko é foda. Esse cara tecnicamente é fora de série, Dave não é bobo sabe do potencial do cara.
is that lamb of god‘s drummer?
Falta 1 mês pro show em FortaHell! Estou ansioso pra caralho, porra!
Great show saw em in Denver DONT change Dave always great
LOL, that dork in the front row air-guitaring obnoxiously for everyone to see.

Hello ! congratulations for the great cast album was totally fury
I hope someday you can meet James for a coffee, and invite him to play a song with megadeth live. It would be great.
Kiko is the best guitarist since Friedman
Before Phoenix, before fucking Los Angeles :)))))))
Awesome, the song is just incredible masterpiece! You feel the power in every beat!

Megadeth is awsome!!!
Was the vocal track from the record just playing through the PA cause dave hadn't figured out how to sing it live yet

Super titre c'est de la balle

A long time ago a good friend of mine told me that Megadeth technically was better than Metallica, yep, he's right! Enough said!
Why are you bringing Metallica into this? Just watch, listen, and enjoy, without comparing or saying one band is better than the other.
