Did her husband not jump in the water to search for her?
He did.... listen again
@Highvibes777 He did not jump in. It was the brother in law and his friend who were driving. I thought it odd too that the husband didn't jump in.
Dod you listen to the story? Obviously now
@@Highvibes777 Wrong.
@jennifertheobald9823 You didn't. Because the husband didn't according to the info presented here. 🤡
Alcohol destroys lives.
This is terribly sad to hear my thoughts are with the family ❤
she fell overboard. "Horrifying Boat Killing" is WILD!
Geez L&C
Rip to the family members...sending healing thoughts ❤❤
Where was her husband
My cousin died in a boating accident (drinking involved) when the driver hit a sandbar throwing my cousin into the cabin smacking his head on the threshold killing him. Boats also don’t have seatbelts so in cases where a life jacket wouldn’t have mattered, a seat restraint may have. Sad case.
I had a friend and her husband take their boat onto Lake Conroe recently. She said it was crowded with very choppy waters. She went into water and had trouble getting out!
People do not drink and go on a boat 🛥️
If they were not drinking they would have been alive ….
Be quiet, Karen. You sit to pee, don't you?
That's probably true, the crash probably wouldn't have happened knocking her off and hitting her head in the process. Was she drinking as well? Very sad case.
It’s always Lake Conroe, ALWAYS!🤦
A person doesnt jist fall overboard and immediately drown..how did they not see her and get to her
As she was thrown off the boat, she may have hit her head and was unconscious or swallowed water..
They were all drunk
They were all drunk, it was dark, and they got into a collision. If she got knocked out during the collision she could’ve sunk underwater and out of view before the crash was even over.
This is not what happened. Shane Anniboli was not with and did not know anyone on the pontoon boat. He did not jump in the water that was Jerri’s husband and brother n law and the brother n laws girlfriend. The boats did not collide. You need to verify and fact check this story. The only accurate information is that Shane Anniboli was arrested because he had stopped to help if he could and admitted when asked if he had had anything to drink.
So how did she get in the water if there was no boat collision?
Your story makes more sense than what is being said in the video
Heard “Morgan and Morgan” then immediately shut it off. The only worse thing than a crime is another crime committed by the greed of these ambulance chasing greedy attorneys!
What does her husband have to say since his brother was involved with what happened it’s really sad she will never be a mother to her baby girl and her baby girl will grow up without her mother 😢 😢
Out family courts rob kids of their dads each day and you women are just fine with that, so spare us your fake concern for kids, what a lying phony.
more sad she left her baby girl to go party for the 4th.
@@djohny-ne3gg this is a weird comment. What's wrong with adult time? At least she didn't take her baby out with them.
Beautiful, young woman, wife and mother is now dead because of bad choices. Tragic.
Why didn't Jerry's husband jump in to look for her? Everybody else did. Seems suspicious to me.
I don't think it's suspicious. However, I do wonder why a woman and two men jumped in but not her husband?
Probably too drunk to swim
Around.
She didnt wear a life jacket… she knew they were drinking.
So now you can't even get drunk on July 4th while piloting a boat with no life jackets on? I thought this was America
WHY WOULD ANYONE GO ON A BOAT WITHOUT A LIFE JACKET IF THEY CANNOT SWIM
@@illuminatedperspectives2894 Who said she couldn’t swim? Perhaps she was injured in the boat accident and was unable to swim and drowned. It’s been mentioned in the comments that the lake is choppy.
@@brittany___ Thats her own fault. Wear a life jacket just like when driving a car i have to wear my seatbelt. Otherwise if i die in an accident its my fault. Its her fault that she drowned and nobody else.
And she likely was drinking too.
Quite a few photos of husband holding a drink or wearing a t-shirt promoting drinking. It looks like his priorities got skewed with tragic results.
Most of the info in this video is not factually accurate. Consider taking this down and letting the family deal with this privately.
The lawyer took a little time to relax. Way to handle a tough interviewee Jesse!!
Your cool until your not 😢
I can’t swim but I like fishing on the boat. I always have a life jacket on no matter what.
How did she die? Did she go in for a swim? Did she fall over and the boat ran her over? Do we know how she died?
I dont understand not wearing a lofe jacket if you dont know how to swim.
She should have hit up an AA meeting and lay off the booze, you just have to work the system as they say. Both people were culpable here including this woman and likely not drinking would have been a major factor in her staying on board the boat.
Wow blame the victim
@@jenniferb2164 would you get in a car knowing the driver is hammered? If you would then yes its your fault if you die in a car accident.
@@hellofoodiebeauties yeah doubt he was drunk when they rented the boat considering the rental company would never have handed a drunk the keys. This is akin to getting in the car with someone sober then the driver knocking them back on the highway. What's she supposed to do? Jump out and start swimming back to shore while they're already in the middle of the lake? Or better yet call the cops on her own family? Great idea. He's the captain he's responsible for his actions and the safety of those on board. She's allowed to get drunk, he's not. It's called personal responsibility. Yes, she should have been wearing a life jacket, but this wouldn't have happened if he never drank anything. For some reason you see a little bit of yourself reflected in this guy and don't like the possibility of him facing any responsibility for it and feel the need to defend his abhorrent actions that caused the death of another, which I'm betting you he's not defending and shame on you for saying she deserved what she got. But your karma is waking up being you every day.
@@Szilke👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
If I'm on a boat with my kids. I always wear a life jacket.
Same here! And my babies are wearing one too! I take safety very serious
And of course your children.
Children wear them too. Ages, 9, 6, 5. No alcohol either.
My sincere condolences to everyone involved, her family, friends, and loved ones.
Drunk, in a boat , no life vest, hear this wayyyy too often.
Life jackets, not drinking and boating. This doesn't happen.
This is no different than if they were drunk driving and killed someone
3:29 they look 👀 so happy breaks my heart
JUSTICE
TERRIBLY sad!!! Heartbreaking
I would think the person would get a DUI manslaughter charge.
I want to say to the lawyer that family will sue you
If she wasn’t drunk she may have been able to swim and stay afloat. Her choice not to wear a life jacket. Two choices. Then u add the crash. Sad,
Boating and Alcohol never ends well.
Happens way too often on Lake Conroe.
"Horrifying Boat Killing"? I clicked on it thinking someone got murdered on a boat not just fell overboard and drown in an accident. I guess you gotta make up drama to get the clicks.
7:48 if you don’t seriously criminalize this “accident “ then you say it’s okay to drink and drive..
Never was there a worse boating tragedy than here in South Africa!!!
Three young adults lost their lives...the male steering the boat had a heart attack...did not hit the kill switch and boat spun out of control...the other male and female were flung into the water and were both cut in half with the propellers whilst their parents watched in horror😢😢
I hope this’ll be a wake up call to every person in those boats who drinks alcohol, especially the widower who needs to step up and be a better dad to his baby. It’s always so sad that alcohol consumption is so normalized and most assume it’s supposed to be part of life. A sober life is a better life, by far.
