l was in Haerbin in 2015, when working in China. It was the most insane coldest place l ever experienced (born and bred in Canada). l was wearing thick coat, hat, gloves, thick scarf and l was standing by the Songhua River -- the wicked cold wind went right through my winter jacket. Felt like l was standing in my bathing suit. Good memories of Haerbin, visited many times in summer and cold winters.

Happy holidays bro! I'm loving these videos you're making from China.
You offer a different perspective compared to the other RUclipsrs on the platform like SerpentZa and Laowhy86.
Considering how they've treated their own Chinese wives and hapa children (like Laowhy being bewildered that his child when born looked more Chinese than Caucasian European and then referring to the child as "it") I don't really see them as impartial most of the time when it comes to them reporting on China.
Granted, i like some of their videos, but you're more than a perfect counterweight when it comes to showing the other side.
I find your socio-political takes to be very complex and honest and im happy I came across your channel. Keep it up and best wishes to you this new year.

The reason why Harbin is such a beautiful, romantic city is because of the European influence, most specifically the pre soviet Russian influence. Harbin was founded in 1898 by Russian settlers as a construction center for the Chinese Eastern Railway.

There are a lot of cities in China that are beautiful. If this is true, then it must be the case that any beautiful western cities must have Chinese influence. Great logic.

Well, eastern inspired architecture in other cities is beautiful too. The reason cities are beautiful is because they didn't go the modern day minimalism architecture.

Oh come onnnn. China has hundreds of cities more beautiful than Harbin. Only thing unique about Harbin in the weather and the fact that they invite artists from all over the world to do the ice sculpture all over the city

I visited Harbin just before I relocated from China. It was on my bucket list as an African. No regret with seeing this place. Almost the entire city is a work of art. It was also very interesting to visit a Jewish synagogue where old picture on the wall showed Jews that were dark skinned. A historical fact that most people don’t know is that China has been a haven for many many Jews for hundreds of years and they have their own quarters in several cities however they have integrated into the society so they are as Chinese as the Chinese unless they held on to their beliefs. But one cannot tell by just looking at them

yeah same in Europe middle north ppl are very tall indigenous Europeans from that areas between 6'0 and 6'1 for men 19 year old. Height increases 1 inch per Gen (25 years) so in 100 years average height is 6'4 to 6'5. The question is how food security is developing and if society can get rid of decay and degeneracy. So if a millenia of abundance would come the height would increase by 40 inches in 1000 years. So from 6'0 to 9'4

Wow-Harbin is a beautiful city! It's so nice to see people out and about having a good time. The train station is very clean and well lit-no grafitti, trash or bums. I caught a glimpse of someone with a selfie stick taking a pic with one of the female police officers-different attitude from here in the US where cops can be belligerent and threatening to normal people. It seems like Chinese cops are there to keep the peace not 'bust' people. Thanks for this video-I'm looking forward to seeing more in the future! p.s. Who is the woman with you? She's kinda cute! 😉

Is she speaking the truth? Looking for thoughts on this since some people here came from a broken family. And it’s easier for men from broken families to change their life around compared to women from the same family.

Watch Inside China Business. Chinese historian. I’ve been watching him for about almost a year and he releases 6-10 minute videos on economics and geopolitics regarding China. Each episode is about a specific topic like Antimoney or the low altitude economy. He just shows recent finance news articles and connects the dots, especially since he does business in China. It is an extremely insightful channel that gets you a lot of info in a short amount of time. Highly recommended. China has a real hunger that the West cannot even fathom after being on top for generations. Leaders in the West are lazy, unoriginal, not creative, and only keep the status quo. The machine is rusted and it’s time for something new.
