Nice video, I have brought new 7gear cycle for my kids the issue is rear gear not shifting to lowest & highest chain we have tried multiple combinations we keep front gear on 3 even then the rear gear tried 1 & 7 but chain not shifting to lowest & highest chain slot please suggest how to fix as we have buy it very costly.. is it can be fixed..Thanks

Sir agar piche ka gear change karte hai toh sath sath front gear bhi change karna padega agar rear gear 7th pe hai front 1st gear pe hai toh isse gear shift me problem aur sound aata hai maine ek bar kiya jab mai front 1st pe aur rear 3rd ya 4th gear pe rakha hu toh smooth Chalti hai jaise hi maine 5th gear dala aur front gear 1st pe hai toh kat kat ki avaj aati hai 5th gear aur front 2nd pe rakho to koi problem nhi aati hai back gear jitna dalege toh aage ka bhi gear change karna padta hai please reply sir 🙏🙏🥺

When you shift while pedaling you are putting pressure on your chain and drive train that's the noise.... Stop pedaling while shifting... Shift then pedal no sound.
