- Now when the PIR detects motion, the output pin will go "high" to 3.3V and light up the LED! Once you have the breadboard wired up, insert batteries and wait 30-60 seconds for the PIR to 'stabilize'. During that time the LED may blink a little.

You are a master of your craft!
What is normal output voltage? My LED random stays On and Off the first time it starts. Also output is only 1.28v.
I'm trying to use this with Optocoupler PC817 which trigger input of CD4017's reset pin that require 5v.
Is there a better module? This one has bad potentiometers. After I turned the potentiometer a few times with a screwdriver, it stuck.
I had to use force to turn it and accidentally bent it a bit. Also hard to see the position of the potentiometer.
Why 9V is the power supply? 5V is also apllicable?
Power supply: 5V-12V input voltage for most modules (they have a 3.3V regulator), but 5V is ideal in case the regulator has different specs
Broine keep on off for the whole time wht to doo help.
It can prevent working accident.
thank you
Loved it
