When i am asked what prophecies are being fulfilled, i immediately start explaining Matthew 24:4-51 but what i find even easier to explain is: KJV 2 Timothy 3:1-5 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. These passages are easier for the regular person to relate to. 🙏.
Great message Conrad. One critique and it’s a small one. Anne Frank was a Jewish girl that hid in the attic of a house in the Netherlands however her and her family were ultimately found out and all but her father died in concentration camps in Germany.
Depressing is when you have no hope. Like us, the patriarchs and prophets got discouraged but Christ was an example, He met with His father super early for strength and encroachment. We need to live like Christ did. Focus on the end that God and Jesus have promised us. The faith of THAT grows from seeing the prophecies being fulfilled. WHY bring up the trinity when talking about Muslim on Muslim violence of hypocrites? So if we, in the Adventist faith, reject the Trinity we’re hypocrites and deserving of death (in the Muslim aspect of course)…..but it begs a question….we talk about Sabbath vs. Sunday being the final test but I think that’s incomplete, much of the coming controversy within the Remnant and the church in general will be also about the identity of the One True God.
