This series is fantastic. This is what air travel is all about. Connecting/re-connecting loved ones, creating opportunities and making dreams come true. I love that these elements are being captured in every episode. Thanks Spark for creating this and it'd be great if these can be done for other airports across Europe. But until then, on to episode 2!
Bring the Heathrow heroes season 2!!! No one cares how people fell in love... we want to see what happens when Heathrow sneezes and the whole Europe catches a cold!
I am a mama to a sweet boy who is special, and I cant explain how good it makes me feel that this show included *all* families! What I mean is that alot of shows want to portray that "perfect" cookie cuter family image. Families who have special children and special members are not always shown in the spot light but the fact that this show has shown several families that icude disabled members warms my heart to no end! Thank you for showing _REAL_ families with real struggles and real big hearts and love❤❤❤
There was way too much narrating and conversation going on in this episode for it to be entertaining. I feel like it focused mainly on the narrator herself than the actual airport.
Where are the traffic controllers, engineers, flight agents? This doesnt tell me how an airport works, it's just some rando chitchatting with travellers.
Ugh, this is making my blood sugar levels explode! If the first 10 minutes are an indication, I'll be in a coma by the time it is over. How many times can you tell the story of how you met, or how you missed daddy (BARF!). How can one possibly do this for 9 episodes? I suppose there will be stories of triumph over adversity, tearful reunions and other such tripe. I'm sorry. Bring on the flight delays and cancellations! Bring on the temper tantrums of the Ryanair passengers! Show us the drug dogs busting someone for having a bit of weed. Show us the fecking toilets overflowing and the runway lights going out. I don't care how Declan met Sue.
Great stories, real people, normal people, some people like to tell there stories, some people like to listen, ye want plane's, go watch plane's, shows like this make u grateful 4 what u have in life
Someone has the name of the soundtrack that plays in the beginning, right after the narrator says, "This is Dublin airport and these are their stories"?
The title of this video doesn't seem to match the content. I thought this was supposed to be about airport operations, not just watching people meet in an arrivals hall.
Hi, i'm an Air Traffic Controller and aspiring musician from Derry. I've just completed an instrumental electronic piece of music, the title of which is This Terminal Life. It's part of a larger album length piece of work that i hope to have completed by March 2020. Would it be possible to use a some footage from your awesome video on an accompanying video that i would be using as background during live performances and maybe as part of a compilation on a youtube video? Naturally, full credit would be given to your work and if there are any sections you wouldn't want used, i'd fully understand. Thanks for your time, Regards, Michael.
Absolute GARBAGE! This is a very poorly produced show. It’s basically the presenter seeing how many stupid questions she can ask and how much face time she can get. No effort was made to get to know any of the workers that worked for the airlines and airport. Too bad it’s not like HEATHROW, that was a well edited beautifully created show. This presenter makes it all about her, no one wants to hear your silly questions. VERY DISAPOINTING!
I hope all the wonderful people that helped Zara know why she couldn't get stem cells in Ireland. People need to be able to make the choice, not the government.
Not being rude but I don’t give a fuck about people stories, husbands, wives etc. I clicked on this video to see how dublin airport is ran. Not to hear depressing stories of far away loved ones. If I wanted that I’d watch some TLC or some shit
only thing i learned from this series is that ireland is much more old-fashioned compared to heathrow. damn this doc is boring yall really did ireland dirty w this
To all believers and non believers, "THE FINAL JUDGEMENT," is at hand, know that what you choose and accept for your spirit (including your actions in the carnal), will be your eternal fate... You must be very cautious how you choose to live from here on out! Please there are no lukewarm heavenly bodies in Heaven!!! Choose now, in your heart and spirit, righteousness or evil?!!
Camera woman too nosey into other people's life. Just waist passenger time and family time while they wait to leave or for their loved ones to come. What a shame. Stop getting personal. I won't allow that woman to question me at all
Oh God!!!! Boring stories of equally boring ‘how they met’ stories. Who cares. I want to see how an airport functions, temper tantrums, delays, angry passengers and the like. The interviewer is asking some truly banal questions.

TheTriplete92 yessssss
I know, right?! When I first saw it, I just loved one of those lines in the beginning sequence:
“It’s like Gatwick on steroids.”
Yes
I'd love that. Yet, It takes a while to get permission and make those episodes. One of the best series on Spark. Good times.

Appreciate your thoughts about different type of people. You're right about the cookie cutter perfect family thing though.👍
I shouldn’t have watched this, I miss Ireland so much! Went for vacation in December 2017 and miss it everyday!
I wanted to see people get emotional at airports and this video came.
Dublin airport is next level.
Nice doc and awesome narrator
Heathrow Season 2 PLEASE 👍👍👍👍👍😄😜
Lol, my memories of Dublin Airport consist of getting lost every time we try to leave.
Being in Seattle for 2 weeks is nothing. My dad been getting milk for 10 years!!!
I like when she asks them whether very specific story is true and they answer yes/no. Great interviewing
heathrow season 2
please sparkkkkkkk plzzzzzzzz
15:03 & 25:26 The parts you came to see. Cheers
I miss the other narrator awww
This is the first episode, what other narrator???
I was flying from there at the same year this was on RUclips, those were the good days 😔
Bring back Heathrow

Exactly its bullshit
My thoughts exactly!
Yes, I agree. I was expecting to learn the economics of an airport.
No Shit! WTF? I opened the video expecting airports, not man on the street interviews.
Title: "How do airports operate?"
Answer: Let's ask all these random passengers who they're waiting for and how they met.

5:13 oh shit it’s David Morse 😃
Should have been done in the style like the Heathrow series.
'SPARK', TRULY ENJOY YOUR PROGRAMS ON AIRPORTS. THANK YOU MUCH FOR NO CIRCUS BACKGROUND MUSIC.
Declan (featured in this doco at aprox 3:50) looks like he could “stand-in” for Russell Crowe.
Someone has the name of the soundtrack that plays in the beginning, right after the narrator says, "This is Dublin airport and these are their stories"?
Darude sand storm
The title is more on interviewing Passenger than the Operations of the Airport.
Please bring back Heathrow Britain's Busiest Airport all season I had started watching first season on your channel
awesome clips
Fantastic, we loved watching it!
Ryanair is LEGEND
Why??
Seen it all ready on virgin media TV. Thought it like showing the airport runs not people coming home
"Do you miss your daddy?"
"No"
Hi . I was happy to see the title of your video about muscat but disappointed that I wasn't able to watch it ... Wonder why am not permitted
The title of this video doesn't seem to match the content. I thought this was supposed to be about airport operations, not just watching people meet in an arrivals hall.
13:20 looks like ellen 😂
It's just interviews with passengers who were at the airport that day. Absolutely nothing about "how airports operate" 😂😂
Why does EF sponsor a pro cycling team? Who knows.

No thanks 👎
Dublin airport is alive because of Ryanair
This title is misleading; re-unions like those you can witness in all major train stations as well......... only most train stations are much grubbier

In fairness it's typical of many Irish people to ask useless, annoying questions to other people.
Bring back the tube
Most annoying episode i’ve ever seen. Asking the dumbest questions and bombarding them with questions.
👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 This IS NOT a documentary about how airports operate.
It's about some lady getting into people's business at the airport.
yezzz ive seen me self
There's a Starbucks at the Dublin Airport!
Actually, I don't know why I'm surprised
@@theTAILlor exactly

I was waiting for my sister with a bronx accent
That woman's questions are so annoying and weird..
All I can hear is the narrators “Ssss” after saying any word that ends with a “S”... the problem is I focused on it and now I can’t stop hearing it...
Why can't the narrator pronounce "airport" correctly...sounds like "airpores"
Doesnt describe this hell hole
......his flights were cancelled......(side piece alert)
Ok

Well this was really disappointing
This was kinda stupid
