Also don't forget chip and Dale's rescue rangers the best they could do is serve as a distraction there's nothing like a couple of annoying chipmunks being pleasing targets for thousands of Orc's Loota's whaaaagh

O yes the military discipline and doctrines within the Kinhost within the league's of Votann I find a fresh of breath air then the standard imperial wave attacks of unnecessary meat grinding Cannon fodder and in 2:44 mins in the video I thought surely if my eyes are not deceiving myself what
is it with that kindred Squat without a proper beard???????????? hmmm🤔

More space-Dawi, less short space marines.
At least they've a Dawi-looking far future priest, as seen after 1:50.
Consider the “hearthkin” to be similar to the citizens of Earth in Starship Troopers, at least the movie. As compared with the civilian class of that society. This race engineers themselves to become elite as they see it. The Not-Squats are now futuristic because they're more logical-practical, more calculating like machines/computers...until they aren't.
They strive to become Kull? The Conqueror? I mean, of Atlantis?
Interesting banner/trophy staffs held aloft in the background, after 9:02. Well, the Imperium, at least on Gulliman's side, should make allies of the Leagues of Votann. Not heavily-enough based upon the dwarfs, though. “Kin” is still the worst faction name in all of 40k. 2nd decade 21st century GW. Beyond that, thank you nonetheless for expounding on this much-neglected if retconned race, GDN. 'Til your next entry, have an awesome and healthy day. The Emperor protects.

Yes yes Mike I can think they should have put more effort in the squat culture and designs I do think they do look good but they're lacking the very look and feel of what a space dwarf would look like in space
plus having beardless squats is a No-No on my book I got to say starship troopers Is almost a brayton ripoff of Warhammer 40k if you read the book
By Robert a heinleil they really didn't look like that in the book they were power suits To fight the bugs plus it was leaning more about the harsh government within that book then
      The bug's

@@donright4492 Yes, if the writing quality and threads for developing Squat lore had been...could be...like what the '80s writers were coming up with, then this would've been much more obviously 40k-great. But the current standard of dimishing returns intentionally went away from the roots with none of the capability, as seen everywhere.
      I agree about beardless Not-Squats, don 😉.
I'd always loved the movie since seeing it in theaters twice with friends but still haven't read Starship Troopers' novel. I do know of the major differences, like the description of gov't and the suits that were in the Roughnecks animated series, as well as how the Bugs used laser weaponry (?). But, I do know don, that Starship Troopers was much earlier than Warhammer...that novel was published in 1959.
