One planet of crashlanded ork denizens who feel pressured in the warmaking by the perceived and persecuted designated trash from out of the Imperium of Man, hah!
Archivist mutants; expeditions of irradiated Indiana Joneses. Their most revered rank of authority being one-part metal detector, one-part mutie detector. The worship of “Maygod”...”oh my God” (Emperor)? The mutants' wasteland-bred beasts look like daemons...like the steeds of Seekers of Slaanesh. One design being influential for another? Or, mere coincidence. Mutie Raiders of Gorkamorka, House Van Saar of Necromunda would like a word with you - if those fellow hoarders of technology could abide the mutants, that is.
I really like how unique this early, greytone Warhammer art is from the later, settled GW house style. Regardless of whether or not the image in question is obsolete or memory-holed. Although, yeah, the Hulk is cursed for life to bear the instigation of people's irradiating; just ask Bruce Banner.
Uh, anyway, as with this wonky world's Da Commitee of gretchin, these raiders pledge to their own future “Da Big Day”. Coincidence? Omega Man survivors had to be able to match the Mekboyz to last as a feasible faction, I guess. This was more fun, fluffy lore all the same, GDN. As a contrasting counter to the grimdark of Necromunda. 'Til you come back with that guided tour of orkville, be well and have a healthy and awesome day. Gork and/or Mork protect.

Mike I have a theory that those Muties are collection of three different factions all roll up in one like The Tallarn and the Adeptus mechanicus, are van Saar it could explain some things? But for now it's just theory,"🤔👍

One of the few places where the Orks are trying to build and getting raided by everyone else. Crazy world.

The Muties are very fascinating, indeed. In spite of their degraded appearance, they’re technically one of the smartest and most advanced civilizations on Gorkamorka. The irony is fun, and was great for fun story elements.

I recall that Muties were once Adeptus Mechanicus, hence all the tech stuff.
I'd say Etervigila is a corruption of the original ship name (ETERNAL VIGILANCE) and Magod is Machine God or maybe Magos.

Amazing! Thank you. My head was spinning on what Etervigila might mean. I new it would be a reference to something.

Oh no it's those Muties boys my third favorite faction of Gorka - Morka that art work at 3:52 looks like Tyranid's Etervigila the Muties art work at 7:10 had some interesting mutants I like the background of the old fortification on fire and being raid those horses look narly and cool with one of the Muties looking like a two headed Tallarn desert raiders, plus the one with the slug like eyes is definitely leader, yes try going to sleep with those eye gazing at you in the night, and at 8:57 that buggy armed with a harpoon dart gun reminds me of mad Max the road warrior and I" the maygod Temple is a sight to see to bad it's got Muties looking for good time beating your Skull, yes the Temple maybe and communications, center the operates through psychic means the Muties are hard core survivalist just like hmmm🤔the...Tallarn🤔 I sense a pattern here or maybe there something else?," but moving on yes Muties are definitely cool with a mutants steed and good, Laz rifle I'm the scourge of Gorka-Morka,"😃👍
