Any big plans for 2014? There's a race in New York where you run the stairs up the Empire State Building. My goal is to do it next year. Believe it's this month.
Doing the Tough Mudder again in spring in Chicago, and maybe a half marathon towards the end of Summer. Cicirunner. I don't know why you would ever leave Hawaii for a race. I want to move where you live!
About two months. I suggest moving your longest run up one mile each week. Keep running three miles about three or four times a week. Then, once each week run one mile further, so next week go for a four mile run, but keep the rest at three mile runs. The week after that, a five mile run... Keep on building up until you get to 10. This is the way a lot of first time half marathon runners prepare themselves for that race.
I got mentioned in the video I feel so honored. And you should have 1,000,000 subs (am going to guess there are that many runners in the world).
Congrats on the milestone. I'll be there in 5 years lol.
Congrats!! Love the videos!

Would you be able to do a hill running tactics/strategy video
Umm... My race is coming up in about 5 months, and it is a shorter race. It is a 2 mile (a bit less) race. Tips? Thanks!
Hey coach, im currently running the mile in about 6:20ish...i wanna get up to a 5 min. Mile...any tips to improve my time?
Jacob Fabian Watch the one mile race tips video I made, and keep on training every day!
Im an eighth grader and my best 5k time is 19:14. Do you think ill ever be able to break 17 minutes or even 16
Probably 17 if you run consistently in high school. Getting under 16 is real tough unless you are talented and you work hard for a long time.
How long do you think it would take to be able to run 10 miles from only running about 3 miles?
