Would you live in Hendersonville? Why or why not?
It seems great but has a strong holiday tourist destination vibe.
A lot of restaurants is nice but maybe not the best for young adults and teens that want to see more still many options for entry level or holiday jobs, should be okay for families
We bought a land in Blacksmith Run community and planning to relocate in the future. It is a beautiful community and we were lucky to get the Mountain View lot! Still need to build it but we have plenty of time! Hopefully prices may even go down in few years when we are ready to build. It is perfect location from Asheville and other small towns. Cannot wait! Thank you for your video!

My sister and mom used to live in Hendersonville, it is worth considering, though trying to get a bit more into the mountains.
It's a really cute town! There are some other nice small towns further west as well.
Due to the influence of Asheville nearby Hendersonville is seeing homeless drug addicts. It's getting crowded and expensive. I visited no thanks.

I think right at this moment I’m focusing just on North Carolina so I don’t stretch myself too thin. But I’ll keep it in mind!!
@@EllenPitts Im comparing similar homes values, and it looks like property taxes are about 25% less, if not more. But I think TN has approx 10% sales tax? That kinda makes sense to me as everybody shares the tax burden, not just property owners.
