IMO even though the girls did mostly redeem themselves in the end, I really think they should have paid to have the entire house professionally cleaned, not just 1 sofa.
Sooo true but it was quite evident to me that both, maybe even all are living above their means if only 1 couch could be cleaned amongst 2 ppl at a time & the 2nd couch seems like they rented equipment (unless Mrs.Stilwell helped them out🤷🏽♀️). This was draining to watch particularly because of the blonde 😮💨
Susan has been bullied and gaslit…. She’s absolutely spot on t say that trust is earned. I imagine there have been broken promises in the past. Habits do not change in a week!
I'd like to second this statement on why landlords don't want to rent out to ppl with pets About eight months ago the apartment building in which I live in was bought (six units be exact) I have two cats and a small dog He said I was able to stay as a tenant but I needed to move out until he demolished But as he started working on the unit next to me he soon changed his mind The last owner had 12 cats that she would rescue strays that came into our backyard The house was infested with fleas cockroaches and smelled of urine So because of this though I don't keep my house like this He says he needs to put in place no pets rule for the new tenants and obviously allowing me to have my pets Everyone else would also want to be able to have pets In conclusion I'm being forced to move out because I don't want to give up my pets Totally understandable!!!!!!!! But so sad 😭😭😭😭
Exactly. A few bad apples spoil the bunch and I can't even blame potential landlords. It's sad because I think the vast majority of pet owners are 100 times more attentive than these fools.
can we talk about the blonde girl smirking and laughing as she says she feels bullied in her own home. Like damn. It was nice to see her come to more of a realisation and start trying, she improved as much as the dogs did!
Susan is just so kind, patient and compassionate. What a wonderful human! Jesse and Sarah have a lot of growing to do still. Stephanie was nice and a good dog mom, but couldn’t manage with the 3 bad influences around Bailey
I don’t know. I thought she was a bitch. I understand her frustrations but the others were making an effort and it wasn’t good enough for her. Susan needed to be more understanding of EFFORT and not act the way she did.
I have 3 dogs, 2 of which are incontinent. Both of them are old and come from the pound. I spend a LOT of time cleaning up pee. The vet tells me there is notmuch/ nothing that can be done so while waiting for the inevitable, I keep on cleaning several times a day. They will be with me until their natural end. I do feel for those who have to put up with the dirt whilst not bring responsible for it. I am alone so the problem is all mine.
i don't understand why people who don't want to train dogs, don't want to clean up after dogs, don't want to spend time with their dogs, get dogs. like if you're gone for 12 hours a day, why get a pet? a hot water bottle on your bed would accomplish the same thing and be easier to care for.

I left a reply above to the person who wrote that they should be evicted. It pertains to the legal side of things. I think Susan, bless her, is stuck. It's not her choice. I went into details above.
I'm a cat person and I've had a roommate with a cat who peed everywhere. As soon as she stopped cleaning and it started smelling, I've asked them out. Politely and obv gave her time to find another place, but like. No. Love cats. Don't like cat pee.
My husband would let the cats toilet everywhere and I'd have to deep clean the apartment coming home after work. Needless to say we're not together 😂 one of many reasons
@@Kat-mu8wq yep, I know. We've had 2 our own cats and she's brought her own. Cats didn't fight over territory but I'm pretty sure it was a stress response to moving and other cats. If we were planning to live together, I'd find the time to reintroduce them etc but it was a temp measure and she's basically left in a month leaving her cat with us and I spent two more months asking her to take her cat. It wasn't even so much about cat peeing, but about her lack of responsibility for said cat.
It's interesting that the girl that was there first has no pets of her own, yet she allowed 3 others with pets into the house. I wonder if the landlord even knows there are dogs in their house? Most landlords won't agree to pets... I can see why. These girls are disgraceful.
meplife, I had the same thoughts. It's strange that Susan who had no pets herself and who didn't even seem to be very keen on dogs, allowed that four dogs who were not used to each other, lived under the same roof! She might've been very inexperienced, or she really needed the money, and when things did not work out, she could not afford to evict all three girls! Unfortunately we don't learn much about the circumstances which brought them together.
I bet Susan wishes she'd rent a little studio that she could afford on her own after all these shenanigans. I highly suspect that she would never share with dog owners again, let alone share with anyone else again. Big lesson learned here!

Ms Stilwell tries to get these people to just try to put yourself in the dog's place. What would YOU want?
Nah, Susan has every right to be pissed and not trust them. Especially when the girls have an attitude and are rude af to her about it. Jessie sould be living in her car with a busted lip. it just blows my mind that so many people on this show don't walk their dogs and then act shocked and don't clean when their dogs inevitably relieve themselves indoors. like??? what?????
These women would make terrible mothers. The types to let their kids sit in dirty diapers until they have rashes. I get you can't always clean instantly but you don't go to bed with poop and puke all over the house. What in the WORLD?????
Lol! they're going to wait for babies to crawl up and get their own diapers and change themselves basically raise themselves apparently 😂😂😂 Let's hope the dad will be responsible in that case
I know the neighborhood they're in. Those homes are well over a million dollars each, and there's two townhouses crowded on each lot, and only the minimum amount between lots. I cannot imagine all the stink those neighbors on the balcony side, and the barking has to be beyond endurance. The city won't tolerate complaint calls. The landlord should be checking up on his tenants. Their sense of entitlement is worse than the bad behavior on the dogs part. It's the girls that need to go to be trained- much more than the dogs.
This whole episode is just exhibiting what happens when shallow people get dogs as accessories and don't want to do literally anything with them. The immaturity was the worst I've ever seen. Victoria was way more patient with it than I ever could have been.
I know that all these episodes are old and most dogs aren't alive anymore. But I would really like to know, why Susan who rented the house originally, didn't throw out the other girls! They didn’t seem to be old friends but just room mates.
It may be that originally she could afford to rent the house all on her own but then found herself on a lower income after losing her original job so needed housemates as a result.

Send the blonde & redhead packing. They were rude & snarky the entire time, ESPECIALLY the blonde. If my roommate pulled all that AND had that attitude- I'd of sent them packing before if not after the show.
They always had time for makeup, hair, nice, clean clothes, but no time for the little living creatures that depend on them or to show respect for the living space that is generously shared with them.
Susan 100% has the right to be skeptical and not trust the others yet because she has been burned so badly by the girls neglect of their dogs, but if you really want to rebuild that trust you need to be willing to meet them half way. If anytime they do something to help fix the problem you go “I’ll believe it when I see it” that just makes the others not want to earn your trust. It’s like training dogs in a way. If you have a dog that misbehaves, you praise them and give them treats when they get things right even if it’s just the dog sitting. If you wait to give treats for when they’ve mastered the trick, they’re never gunna get it. Same thing goes with building and rebuilding relationships with people. Patience is key
I binged watched so much of this channel when I got my puppy and it honestly helped so much he’s not perfect but so we’ll behaved in comparison to all of the adult dogs I see in these episodes
Same i watch this and the other guy with the Doberman named Prince. I walk and dogsit so I'd like to be informed on dog behaviors and how to communicate clearly and with respectful authority 😊
Demanding that Susan just "let it go" is ludicrous. If those girls were genuinely sorry, they would keep working at making it better until Susan could see that past habits really were passed. It's not her responsibility to make that happen. It's the girls' who left poop and pee all over the house.
"There's a huge problem in the house, and it's not only the dogs"... how nice is Victoria. After watching multiple episodes, I think we can ALL agree it's NEVER the dog that's the problem... these girls shouldn't be allowed to have dogs!
Rather than "sounds sarcastic", I think these three women are sarcastic to one woman. I think these four people should get along well and become one before getting some dogs.
She said she was sorry, but it's the way she said it; Talk is cheap, if it's meaningless. It's clear that this flat owner doesn't like dogs in her house, I wouldn't either, so it would be better if the other three moved out.
The only thing I can say is yea Susan is right these things take alot of time. Those girls did some really freakin nasty things and this show is not a fix all. It's up to them to be adults and act like that. I really don't blame Susan towards the end, but she has to give them a chance and at least if they don't improve she can use this video as evidence in the event of eviction. I hope everyone continues using the tools Victoria left them.
These girls got small dogs as purse accessories. They didn't want to the responsibility of dogs. They are abusing and neglecting those babies. It's pure immature selfishness
It's understandable why Susan needs to have the respect from all three roommates that own dogs. Susan does not have a dog and is neither a dog person either. But at the end of the story, everything changed, so I can say that Susan is much better. I know how it feels like for Susan, in a way. Although I have considered having a pet and generally I'm good around pets since I'm very well exposed to pets, I never had a pet myself since I got very involved in other matters that took me away from owning a pet myself.
34:25 Susan has had a long time dealing with the unwanted stuff. In SMART family and friends, we say refilling the trust bank is the responsibility of the one who overdrew the account (dog-owners in this case). Having the efforts being made AND VICTORIA’s INTERVENTION & communication style seems to have helped a lot.
Victoria is wise to make them wait at corners (all corners) because it's important to remember an excited dog must not move forward. It's the dog's responsibility to keep the leash relaxed when walking (unless during a greeting when passing on the street). Teaching the wait at the corner is the first step, in the process and the dogs all got it in seconds. Which tells us they want to be good dogs and all the excitement and out of control behaviours are human caused and not the dog's fault at all. Yay Victoria!
That's why I refuse to allow people to have pets in my house UNLESS they are 100% potty trained PERIOD Can't stand any animal that hasn't been potty trained being in the house.
@@flauschekotze Dogs need walks for exercise, but they can certainly be trained to use a litter box when indoors. If a cat (less known for being good students) can learn, a dog can too.

There’s lots of reasons ppl having matching things sometimes just bc someone says they like something so as a gift for bday or something u get them one too. It’s not just a bitchy lil clique think
But… I’m this case u might b right😂😂😂
omg u might be right !
lol k was hoping someone else noticed it
IMO even though the girls did mostly redeem themselves in the end, I really think they should have paid to have the entire house professionally cleaned, not just 1 sofa.
I agree but professional cleaning can be expensive so 🤷♀️
At least have the other couch cleaned too
Probably redeemed for the TV show, I’ll bet they are the same now or hopefully got kicked out.
I have a feeling they didn’t stick through it, after a while. I really hate them.
Susan has been bullied and gaslit…. She’s absolutely spot on t say that trust is earned. I imagine there have been broken promises in the past. Habits do not change in a week!
Narcissist Narcissists Narcissist👏👏👏👏👏
These ladies are the reason why there are so many rentals that are no pets
What ladies? only animals here
and why rent is high
Also why there are so many passport bros
I'd like to second this statement on why landlords don't want to rent out to ppl with pets
About eight months ago the apartment building in which I live in was bought (six units be exact) I have two cats and a small dog
He said I was able to stay as a tenant but I needed to move out until he demolished
But as he started working on the unit next to me he soon changed his mind
The last owner had 12 cats that she would rescue strays that came into our backyard
The house was infested with fleas cockroaches and smelled of urine
So because of this though I don't keep my house like this
He says he needs to put in place no pets rule for the new tenants and obviously allowing me to have my pets
Everyone else would also want to be able to have pets
In conclusion I'm being forced to move out because I don't want to give up my pets
Totally understandable!!!!!!!!
But so sad 😭😭😭😭
Exactly. A few bad apples spoil the bunch and I can't even blame potential landlords. It's sad because I think the vast majority of pet owners are 100 times more attentive than these fools.
I love that poor roommate she’s brutally honest and agreeable 😂
A scorpio if I've ever seen one lol
can we talk about the blonde girl smirking and laughing as she says she feels bullied in her own home. Like damn. It was nice to see her come to more of a realisation and start trying, she improved as much as the dogs did!
PRAYING you meant the brunette 😭
I don't know what it is but this episode was funny 🤣. This can't be real.
@@blissfuljoy6049righttt I’m thinking tha same thing😂
Susan is just so kind, patient and compassionate. What a wonderful human! Jesse and Sarah have a lot of growing to do still. Stephanie was nice and a good dog mom, but couldn’t manage with the 3 bad influences around Bailey
Sara and Jessie were so toxic. Felt very sorry for Susan (and also Stephanie a little).
I don’t know. I thought she was a bitch. I understand her frustrations but the others were making an effort and it wasn’t good enough for her. Susan needed to be more understanding of EFFORT and not act the way she did.
Boooo
I have 3 dogs, 2 of which are incontinent. Both of them are old and come from the pound. I spend a LOT of time cleaning up pee. The vet tells me there is notmuch/ nothing that can be done so while waiting for the inevitable, I keep on cleaning several times a day. They will be with me until their natural end. I do feel for those who have to put up with the dirt whilst not bring responsible for it. I am alone so the problem is all mine.
But at the end of the video they’ve done whats good!
i don't understand why people who don't want to train dogs, don't want to clean up after dogs, don't want to spend time with their dogs, get dogs. like if you're gone for 12 hours a day, why get a pet? a hot water bottle on your bed would accomplish the same thing and be easier to care for.
They have no idea what having a dog entails. They see cuteness and that’s it.
At that point get a plush toy
at the very least a pet that isn't as high upkeep as a dog.
@@dillzilla4454 that's one of the reasons I have a tarantula
@@Stardust_Vega I always wanted a tarantula! I was going to get a pink toe, but my fiance is terrified and said no. I ended up getting a really sweethearted cali kingsnake instead. Fiance is still terrified but loves to watch him.
Having this woman breathing in..sleeping in..eating in unsanitary conditions is disrespectful! And the blonde girl had the nerve to be more pissed off that anything was being said to her about it?! Smh I’m glad I don’t know them because I couldn’t imagine eating anything from them , borrowing any clothing or anything at all from them! The other roommate with the dog that was marking everywhere seems to be the most sensible one and respectful one.
The one that owned Bailey was very open to the training and willing to learn, sometimes you just need some extra guidance with dog training.
The fact that she hasn’t kicked them out, is amazing.
They all need to get the hell out
I didn't understand it.

I left a reply above to the person who wrote that they should be evicted. It pertains to the legal side of things. I think Susan, bless her, is stuck. It's not her choice. I went into details above.

Imagine this show didn’t exist. The roommates were disgraceful!
I could listen to get lecture people all day. It's so satisfying
I love that she told susan to go out and get a coffee while she made and helped the girls to clean
I'm a cat person and I've had a roommate with a cat who peed everywhere. As soon as she stopped cleaning and it started smelling, I've asked them out. Politely and obv gave her time to find another place, but like. No. Love cats. Don't like cat pee.
Good on you. Heartbreaking to watch this woman get abused by her roommates.
My husband would let the cats toilet everywhere and I'd have to deep clean the apartment coming home after work. Needless to say we're not together 😂 one of many reasons
Cat pee absolutely stinks, it's the worst!
Cats that pee outside the box typically have territory issues (feeling insecure) or a health problem that hurts to go in the box.
Yep. These girls are honestly ruining it for the rest of us. Once a landlord has someone like that, they'll never rent to a dog owner again.
I bet Susan wishes she'd rent a little studio that she could afford on her own after all these shenanigans. I highly suspect that she would never share with dog owners again, let alone share with anyone else again. Big lesson learned here!
" I had no idea things were that out of control in my room". I mean the huge pile of dog poop should have been a good indicator right?
I thought she said it was her house
Susan should have kicked those nasty girls out immediately!!! I wouldn’t have tolerated their attitudes for one day!
Period! Them witches would've been gone the first time I saw it.

Well it is not easy
The girls with the dogs are immature and cruel inhumane beings.
Gotta give credit to the sensible one.. she tried to clean after her dog & recognized the childish ways of the other 2. I can't believe how gross they are. If you can't clean up after your dogs, you shouldn't own dogs.

the same goes for parents of children, many don’t clean house and have poor hygiene
@@lilosnow1759Not the same with children. While they’re infant sure. Children can be taught to pick up after themselves and manners can be taught. But taking in animals into your own home people need to think it’s like having an infant throughout their lifetime.
@@KittenBowl1 A lot of countries animals are not pets and live outside, such as guard dogs, chickens, rabbits, goats, pigs ,horses you would never bring them inside because they stink and trash. Victoria is a miracle worker. I would have lost my temper at those girls
they never got out of the highschool drama.
Probably because she could always escape out the front door and wasn't trapped in there! I would have likely 86ed the show, given Susan the name of a legal aid org if she couldn't afford a lawyer, and probably called the proper authorities to see if Sarah could at least be fined for causing the unhealthy environment, and found both of her dogs a fostering program until they could be allocated to new homes in which people understood how dogs (well, pets in general) work. Ms Stilwell tries to get these people to just try to put yourself in the dog's place. What would YOU want?
Nah, Susan has every right to be pissed and not trust them. Especially when the girls have an attitude and are rude af to her about it. Jessie sould be living in her car with a busted lip. I have never seen such horrible living and such self centered girls. That they obviously spend time on makeup and hair and care about their appearances but don't care about sleeping and living in such filth is so bizarre.
When she said “IF I’ve ever offended you” in her apology… I was like.. well that wasn’t a true apology 😅
Once I saw the red heads reaction to her dogs mess, I couldn’t look at her the same. That’s so gross 🤮

Finances and friendship most likely. Applaud her patience!
She said she found them online.
It may be that originally she could afford to rent the house all on her own but then found herself on a lower income after losing her original job so needed housemates as a result.
It's illegal to just toss out a tenant. Ever heard of a lease? They're legally binding contracts.
@@katphish30 Thank you! So many people here are saying to just throw the girls out, but they aren't guests, they're roommates/tenants. Send the blonde & redhead packing. They were rude & snarky the entire time, ESPECIALLY the blonde. If my roommate pulled all that AND had that attitude- I'd of sent them packing before if not after the show.
“I had no idea my room was that bad” girl are you okay? You think having all that under your bed is okay??😮
Patience is key
there was this one comment from another video that still gets me:
every dog deserves an owner, but not every owner deserves a dog
It's the same with children
That house was more dirty than my rabbit's cage on cage cleaning day.

They needed someone to tell them it was hazardous? Wth
Blonde lady and her minion need a reality check.
Amazing turn around with the dogs and owners. Glad Victoria was able to help them!
Oooooooooh as a landlord, realtor and dog owner, my heart aches for Susan and the dogs. God bless Stephanie for being the only semi-decent person
FINALLY someone said it bc everyone else seems to be saying "those girls" when it was really just Jesse and Sarah
The fact the "apology" wasn't even a real apology makes me mad
This reminds me why I prefer to live alone. This would absolutely be a no no, the roommates would be kicked out.
I never want to hear that all girls are cleaner than guys, ever again 😂
That's why I refuse to allow people to have pets in my house UNLESS they are 100% potty trained PERIOD

potty training doesn't help, when you don't take the time for a walk
@@flauschekotze Dogs need walks for exercise, but they can certainly be trained to use a litter box when indoors. If a cat (less known for being good students) can learn, a dog can too.
