I came out of the Charismatic movement and heard this song in a Reformed church, I came to tears because this song literally preaches the gospel. No heavy repeats, fancy fills, silly adlibs just straight to the point. No revivals, heaven meets earth, awakenings, it’s is all about Christ redeeming us from our sins. Amen.

Here's a testimony. Today I was feeling the waves of depression dragging me down into another episode of self-hate and fear. I prayed and went to youtube and in my recommended list, was this video. I listened to it and the shackles were broken. Jesus is my life. Indeed, without him, I'll probably be dead. Praise the Lord.

My Fiance left me yesterday, this is the toughest experience I’ve ever been through. I wish I could be angry and question “why” to God, but that’s too easy. I will trust in the Lord in my God, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, He who says he is, has a greater plan. I have to trust my King and my Savior, I’ll trust and love his mercy forever. No matter the temporary pain or suffering.
The first time I heard this song, I was in an upper room in India. To hear the Indians sign this song and know that they could be hurt or killed for singing it was amazing. They had to give up EVERTHING for Christ and yet they sing "All I Have is Christ". Amazing!!!!

After coming out of the cult of Jehovah's Witnesses and being "alone in the wilderness" for 22 years, I was sent this to introduce me to Christian songs. I weep tears of joy every time I sing along and watch it. The importance of what Jesus did for us, was NEVER stressed in the cult, this hit me like a ton of bricks, and does every single time I watch it. Thanks SO MUCH for posting this you tube video, I share it often with ex cult members!

God's Holy Spirit knows those who yearn for Him, and are seeking Him in their hearts. We know this by what He has shared w/ us in His Word. But Wow! What we need is to be more passionate and serious about God and serious about desiring Him more and more each day. We must openly express deeper dedicarion, reverence, fear, love, and deeper surrender to God both in secret and in the world. We shouldn't hide our desperation for God, but we must embrace our deep need and longing for God as part of an open society in fellowship with one another and in daily encouragement with brothers and sisters. We need to encourage more freedom in worship of God and to really build each other up to focus on Christ more and more and to openly praise Him in song all throughout the day. We must practice discipline toward our brothers and sisters and we cannot be afraid to express more sincerity in obedience to The Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit impresses upon us to get angry for His sake in telling someone to be more obedient to God, we need to express this need. People need to be yelled at with words daily like, "you need to be more serious and more passionate about God," I feel like yelling this at people often and how is it logical for anyone on earth to daily set themselves up for shortcomings and in partaking of activities that are meaningless and that do not profit, but instead hinder the condition of our souls and our closeness to God. We must be more dedicated to Him in every way. We must learn that eternity is about God and His Glory alone, period...so to be mature , we must see everything in the light of eternity and understand that everything in existence is about God, period. Also, the truth of God and Heaven is that in the big scheme of reality; only God (Father, Christ, Holy Spirit) exists and one who is mature like the angels of Heaven know and recognize only attention, worship, and reverence to God alone and they do not put attention on themselves ever...This is spiritual maturity, to be practicing toward living toward that perfection now in this life, and we must come to terms either now or when we die that in the big scheme of reality, only God exists and all things point to Him....we cannot short change ourselves ever but we must always aspire for His Glory more and more and to be closer to Him through grace, word, deed, and action more and more.

I have often shared the Gospel with Jehovah Witnesses but could never really get to them (not saying it's my own strength, but the work of the Holy Spirit in their hearts). I like to know how to engage in a conversation on what they believe. Could you please tell me the things that was stressed to you all and what you were taught to believe as a former Jehovah Witness? Imagine you are on a raft, shipwrecked between two islands. You can go left or right. You have to make the choice. You choose to go left and soon enough, you have reached land. Rescue comes and says "You could have chosen to go the the island to the right, but the current would have pulled you the island on the left." Irresistible grace is the same. We think we can choose to ignore the grace, but it will bring us to God, no matter what we do.

There are many songs that have touched my life in one way or another, but this one's a sinner saved by grace's biography, my biography. I was a sinner who rejected God until He called me by His irresistable grace through Christ crucified. Now I know nothing else, nor would I want to.
All I have is Christ and nothing else. Thank you Lord for salvation and thank you for this song.

Even in songs, God will still reveal Himself how His grace works for us and to rely only on Him alone. The Truth will always be revealed and cannot be hidden. God loves us even in songs He redeemed us from false doctrines.
We sang this song at our church yesterday. I was yielded in my heart to Abba Father, His Son, Jesus and the precious Holy Spirit. It was a beautiful experience for me to feel oneness with Him.

Praying this morning and at the end of myself, God told me that everything in this world is transient, and that really all I have is Christ. It was such a strong revelation. I jumped on the internet, and this beautiful, beautiful song came up. With tears streaming down my face, I realised the amazing truth that had been revealed to me. We have, and we need nothing but Christ Jesus Our Lord.

First listened to this around 2015. Around that time, I learned and loved the doctrine of the Gospel. I was amazed that God, who was just, would accept me because of the death of the Son whom he sent.
When I heard this song, I wept with joy. Especially at this part:

Genesis 15:1 God told Abram that HE was his shield and blessing. God is not only our shield, but God IS the blessing. That is why HE wants us to look to HIM, not the material things. God is the good thing, HE is the blessing, He is the reward.
I have known HIM since I was 11 years old. Through my rebellion and humble times, through the times I wanted to do my will and believed that my way was better then HIS, He was there. Molding me. Directing me. Disciplining me. Breaking me. And building me up.

The first time I heard this song was at my church on 10-2-22. Exactly 365 days before, I had fasted and spent the day in prayer over needing big changes in my life. Now here I was one year later a changed woman, having made Jesus my First Love. We studied Ruth in Bible study class during the first service which was epic and quite timely for me because I used to be quite the Mara, now a Naomi. When I went to the 11:00 service and the worship band played this, I couldn't believe it. The timing was insane. I knew that's how I felt. Christ is literally "all I have" that brings me joy and it took me that year to figure it out. God is SO GOOD. Like he did for Naomi, the harvest of grace is incalculable. 🙏 Hallelujah indeed.

Calvinists do believe man has a free will. It is just that man's free will is totally corrupted by the fall and will always "freely" choose to act against God. God's grace brings us to a point where our free will is liberated from this bondage so that we freely choose to live for God instead.

The only thing we really deserve is Hell. Everything outside of that is grace. When we come before the judgment seat of Christ & behold His glory with our own eyes, a thought that might cross our mind is how could I have wanted anything else more than this? How could I have chosen sin’s delights over His glory? There would be no other moment quite like it. The moment when we feel most deserving of hell. The moment when all we can gather within us is to exclaim: Hallelujah ALL i have is Christ!

This is the theme song that speaks to the parable of my salvation. Christ brought me to Himself 10yrs ago but I only came to the knowledge of what He saved me from last night as I studied Romans 1 alongside Barclays commentary on the book of Romans. This song helps me catch a glimpse and calls me to offer this ransomed life for the proclamation of the good news. All I have is Christ. My worth and identity rest in His finished work on the cross. Praise the LORD!!!
