In this video I begin to repair a badly damaged Harley-Davidson cylinder head. Someone else has already attempted to repair this head and made the situation worse. I have to cut the entire corner off the head, remove the remaining broken bolt and then Tig weld up the entire corner. Be sure to check back and watch part 2 when I fixture the head into a Bridgeport milling machine and finalize the repair.

You saved this thing from a certain death. Can you consider making some videos on how to make patch panels with just a hand tools, shot bag, stump and air planishing hammer. 😊 Most people can't afford even simple equipment like English wheel, shrinker&stretcher or bead machine.
