I'm not exactly into the politics, but I do relate to where they are coming from emotionally. I still enjoy it because the lyrics are irreverent and seem a bit absurdist, switching up the usage of hate and love. Calling on people to "create their own place, man." Then give it a name, of course, and continue the same shit as usual. It's disdainful towards humanity, but it's kind of tongue-in-cheek, no? The vocal harmonies are super gross too, and I mean that in a good way. I can just see those giant, filthy concrete jungles sprouting up in my head when I hear them.
