A Cool Good Friday Morning from Winfield KS Captain. We took a 757-200 from TPA to ATL. From a dead stop (no T and B) we took all of 11 seconds to rotate. From ATL to ICT we took a 717-200. Both flights full! The 717 took 12 seconds to rotate. That ship can climb! Hope you have a great day spotting!!

Like the before sun up views. I can watch north and northwest bound departures from O'hare and Midway from my fourth floor apartment. Generally O'hare departures are between 13,000 and 16,000 feet and Midway departures are 20,000 to 23,000 feet. You can definetely tell a 737 MAX or 787 by the dual tail strobes.
Yea we got the warning to beware of blow back once the MD pulls in, I was in the big push back getting ready with the weight and tether strap. He had it turned off and spinning down by the time we blocked it in, but they fixed and it went out that night, that made today easier for us not having to use ramp 55. by the way we will be moving sometime next month too the new building they say.

I've never flown Frontier before. I just booked with them a round trip between msy and rdu. $39. I don't need any luggage, carry on or seat selection. I can do a 2 hr 15 minute flight squeezed in the middle for $39. Wonder what the odds are I'll fly on Rosie?
