- “Extra’s” Jerry Penacoli caught up with actor Tom Hanks at the press junket for his new film, “Inferno,” the sequel to “The Da Vinci Code” and “Angels & Demons.”
Hanks reprises his role as Harvard University professor Robert Langdon in the film, which is based on Dan Brown’s best-selling novel. Suffering from amnesia, he must race against time and across Europe to stop the Inferno virus.
When Jerry asked if he feels he is the smartest action hero around, Tom responded, “Well, action heroes don’t get beat up as much as Robert Langdon does!” He quickly recanted, “Well, on occasion, but then they always come back and coldcock somebody. And I never get to coldcock anybody in these movies!”
When co-star Felicity Jones suggested, “You’ve got to speak to Dan,” Hanks quipped, “Can I not have a fistfight on the wing of a roaring airplane or something?”
“Inferno” hits theaters October 28! Развлечения

Oh sht this got me hype.
I hope because I have read every Dan brown book And I m just 13 year old
I just watched all three again. Great movies
Maybe the Langdon character has some type of spooky "sight" that makes him just know things. Perhaps he´s guided by something (in a subtle way, with small hints here & there). Maybe he finds things not by looking forward, but by remembering what he´s encountered in the past. Perhaps he & birds have a special relation.
Holy shit dan brown listened in origin #staircaseavila
Dang. Kanye got married there! Who gives a shit!
They were talkin' about some weird "Bubberley Gordons" - is that an American expatriate in Florence?
Looks like Langdon got it and started the pandemic
Parfait pour une co d'anglais
I like the movies and read at least 3 of the books. Loved them too, however to say that Robert Langdon is 'unlike any other action hero'..... uuh no. Dan Brown wasn't THAT original. He basically stole the DaVinci code storyline from 'The holy blood and the holy grail' and tweaked it here and there with some riddles and the figure Robert Langdon is basically nothing more then your typical detective that Boomers go all drool out of their mouth on. Frost, Midsummer night murders, the girl with the dragon tattoo (millennium trilogy).... that kind of stuff.
