Hi Jacob, i have a number of health issues including a level of sight loss in my right eye and Schizophrenia but this recent (2yrs ago) causes me the most distress and restrictions of my lifestyle! Keep up the good work.....and subscribers will increase. Chris😊
@@jacobsIBD i have spent my whole adult life, trying to boost my immune system. I don't accept that ulcerative Colitis is an autoimmune disorder....many factors....Stress, processed food, sleep , strength training and cardiovascular excercise. I might have to take Azathioprine but at the moment, my symptoms are mild. I am maintaining on Mesalazine meds. Take care & God bless,Jacob.
@@patience194 I have a similar mind set! I do think my diet and lifestyle choices of my teenage years led to my diagnosis. I ate proessed foods, didn't get good nutrition, drank alcohol, didn't get sun, got poor sleep, was highly anxious all the time. I do believe these behaviours led to my health later in life. I wouldn't truly know without a time machine and making different decisions, but it sure feels like it adds up.
I've been there man, you will get through this! I used to drink a fair bit when I was first diagnosed. I definitly feel better after having that behind me. Things will get better, it just takes time to heal.
Thanks very much
