The fact he did what he did for that monkey…..his moms monkey….how he spooned him while he passed. Tells me all I need to know about him to say he is a decent human being. I’m so impressed with his ability to not be bitter or angry with his parents and their baggage or lack of parenting skills they may have had. He’s a solid guy and my initial assumption was really wrong. I had read once then he was shooting animals on his ranch like squirrels or chipmunks. I can’t remember and I thought what a prick. I don’t know. He has a lot more depth and character, and I found him to be really interesting. What impressed me most was the story about the monkey. The fact that he admitted his mother was a raging narcissist, and yet he called himself, his mothers son. He talked so much of his mother and you could see the loyalty and love he had for her.
I mean he almost quit acting before he got no country, he also said before that no one liked him because he was his dad’s son, and would barely give him the time of day. You gotta remember, he pretty much had no real career after goonies, up until no country for old men, he wasn’t really in anything. So I don’t think being his dad’s son really helped that much in his case.
OMG! That guitar was fine! Too modest. The second he touched it, it rang out and I thought to myself..."Wow! It's just sitting there in tune." Musicians, chime in!
Great vid. Not sure how you're getting Josh Brolin to interview, but really enjoyed it. Josh was printing hard. A loose over-shirt would've done wonders.
🏡 ~ Josh mentions this is a "rental" wondering if it's just a "sometimes" place where he keeps all of this memorabilia, and, does work related business - or - if it's his main residence?!? 😉
I've seen that and this and know what you're talking about. Can't figure out if he'd be cool in person or a total d-bag. He comes off as having both in large quantities. He strikes me as the kid of Hollywood royalty who hated it, but had no problem accepting the benefits either. I mean our cool neighbors new how to restore muscle cars and he's hanging out with Ali and Mike Tyson. Bizarre world he comes from...and trying to chart his own path and be someone other than James Brolins son. He certainly has come into his own acting and movie wise.
I think it was a lot of name dropping and referencing. I appreciate his passion for life and art and writing though, he’s a great conversationalist and a fun hang. But I get what you mean on a personal level.
He's so personable, affable and engaging. Love him.
He is so grounded if you like him or not . I think he is awesome . He has had his highs and lows and is very real.
🥰 ~ That album - "James Brolin Sings" 🎶 and those songs ("Let's Go Fishing" & "Daddy What If") are so precious!!! ❤
He looks exactly like his dad.

You also forgot he was accused of domestic violence
Reading is like getting into “a weird eclectic group of friends.” Nice.
Goonies never die
Goonies never *say* die 👉🏽
Fuck ya
Wish I could give a double like
Hey you guys
When he tried to put the Thanos head in the arm socket you knew he was a real one.
Why does Brolin just buy that place instead of renting it? It’s not like he can’t afford it.
100% Write off to his loan out plus why pay for storage if you could rent a time capsule?
spot the bolex 8mm film camera on the book shelf, hell yeah! i got one of those!
Best acting advice. Be related to someone with connections.
Pretty much.
So you know for a fact that he used his dad to make it into movies?
Honestly the only really important thing
And be talented.

I just love watching their interactions. They are the odd couple.
🍂 ~ The more clips I hear of Graham's interview of Josh the more I like, love and respect him, as a man & actor ... 💛🧡🤎
This Graham dude would play a good synthetic robot in a SCI-FI movie

Def in tune 😂

I'm thinking that was his mic pack, wouldn't be surprised if he carries in that position though like instinctually put the mic pack at 3 o'clock
that's his microphone. you can see the wire going under his shirt from his chest directly to his back where he probably has it in his jeans pocket

Good stuff
My daughter and.. and.. her.. her husband *winces. LOL
Judgy trash in the comments,we would all seem off if we’re famous goodness gracious y’all are the ones out of touch
I know I am in the minority, but I liked his movie Jonah Hex.
You might be the only one, bro😅
definitely not the only, i loved it lol
What happened to your face😂😂😂😂 I liked Hex too.
I liked the movie for a different reason...Prime Megan 🦊😊
ofcourse he would say that
Goonies is the best movie ever!
Why did Josh and Timothy think Dune is a “small movie”
They probably don’t think so now lol
No. He said he was only used to small movies. Dune would have been overwhelming at first. Budget was $165 million.
@garywagner Ah gotcha.
Wait, I loved jonah Hex. I never understood the hate that movie got. I just assumed it was neck beards hated it and about the score down on it.
Tyson is 2 years older than Josh 🧐
His dad looks like Christian bale.
It appears he is a guy that you could sit with and not worry about how famous he is. It doesn't matter.
Is he 5’6’’?
5"10
@@j.zuberi that's the height proivided by his agent. Chamelet is 5'9" and he's shorter so I doubt he's taller than 5'8"
@@GwaiZai ohh very interesting
"Acting advice doesn't work" - what happens in acting school? I guess JB would say absolutely nothing haha.
Advice and education aren’t synonymous.
Its the old what have you done for me lately.
is something wrong with his back/hip?
Preparing for iggy pop biopic
Probably is microphone pack
5:00 OK, Josh and the bleach-blonde look normal. The next 3? LMAO
Surprised he didn’t bring up the chimp to Rogan.
I get what he says about a place to inhabit.
Watched him on Rogan, he gave me bad vibes
You are bad vibes
There was something off. I got the same vibes as well.

Think what you’re seeing is a man fighting a lot of demons…
Trying too hard to be interesting
Yet here you are watching…
