At first glance it looks like a clean old bike but man when you look at it close there’s so many cool truck parts and mods.

This one speaks to my soul. My first motorcycle was a Honda Hawk 400T in this exact same colorway and profile. Really cool to see this paint scheme 30 years on. Brings me back to a mystical time of my life, when I would ride around kicking up the fall leaves of New Hampshire without a helmet or worry in the world! Someone will be lucky to ride and caretake this restoration😎

You guys should hire a SEO engineer, these videos are way too good for the amount of views they get. I just found the channel today (but I'm familiar with your auction website) and this stuff is much more interesting than the typical "let's read the press release and show you the press kit photos" sort of stuff you see on most YT motorcycle channels.

Appreciate the kind words, thanks! This video is actually unlisted - the seller is having us replace the clutch before the auction goes live and we're waiting for the auction to start before we publish this video. But we definitely will be working on spreading the word on this and the other Bike of the Day videos we do. Thanks for the support!

I had an 81 CB900F in silver with the blue horizontal stripe and then an 83 CB1100F when they first came out...actually got to see them come out of the shipping crate. There was a guy in CA (Kaz Yoshima) from Ontario Moto Tech that made these bikes go really fast. He always had time to talk with you on the phone. Also, Honda sold something called a sport control kit that included rear sets and superbike bars and new controls that really set the bikes off. We used to ride them up to the 250cc Moto-X races at Unadilla and then to Loudon, NH for the superbike race...great times!
