Arli is not underrated. She's very difficult to use, that's why people don't use her. Everyone knows she's a very good carry and she is also an S tier.
As an Arli main ur gameplay is so far from how she's suppose to be played. The key playing Arli is when to use 2nd skill, and dash into the big fight. You maintain ur position = free hit = win, because her passive hurts a lot.
