If i may add, her Skill 2 could also disjoint (remove) projectiles in its radius, so you might want to keep her Skill 2 in handy against certain skills like Kongming's ult, Alessio's ult, or Gan&Mo's nukes. That mechanic is also the main reason why she's one of the few MM with good matchup against Loong since she could disjoint his enhanced basic attacks One thing i'm curious about, is her umbrella's position completely random when casting Skill 2, or is it based on something like which way she faced ?
I'd say Luara is another counter, she comes online way faster than Arli so she could overwhelm Arli before she becomes trouble. Also, the blind effect on Luara's ult can give her team an edge against Arli and "waste" her umbrella's duration if she's unaware of it

While its not optimal to make both of the BA enhance item but give it a try against clash/jungle that are tanky. With 2 crt and 2 BA enhance you can burst them so quick!
I wonder why Arli isn't used in jungle but her counterpart in AoV, Elandorr, is. I wonder if it has something to do with stacks needed in passive cuz I think Elandorr needs 2 stacks while Arli needs 3?

Why do you use the 2nd skill when your first skill umbrella is still there? Wouldn't it be better to wait until you're finished with the first skill before using the 2nd skill to extend the duration of which you don't have the umbrella in order to maximize the duration of the attack speed boost when she doesn't have her umbrella?
what you usually want to maximize is her passive mark the atkspd on the umbrella is just a little niche that you can use and your item build is towards on building atkspd the atkspd boost can help but not usually a game changer

It usually depends on the scenario Since sometimes you want 22 just to regain your position Now you have the option to use your basic attack by 1-2 times before using her 1st to position again or her ulti As long as you can reduce your 2 stacks of passive before using other skills will maximize her passive
It isn't that hard. First skill go back and forth. Ult is a knockback and you can also teleport. 2nd skill is the only tricky if you plan to teleport with it since it starting point is random. I suggest just use 2nd to poke or dodge projectiles. She is easier than you imagine 😂
she is absolutely easy to play just need to know which skill you should use for mobility in the given situation and when. I could do all the basics with her after my 2nd game with her (I was scared to play her cuz I thought she was hard to play, I also thought I was good by knowing hou yi) but then I started to understand marco and micro for other heroes well just by playing her cuz she needs to have good macro too aside from knowing how to play with her.
You just need to remember 1. she only has one umbrella and you can't spam her skills. 2. All of her skills enable you to teleport to the location of her umbrella 3.Use skill to enhance her Basic attack 4. Escape gank / catch enemy : S3-S3-S1 or S1-wait till umbrella come back-S3-S3

Got 5 Pentakills using Arli.. Shes hard to use but fun.
Her mobility can be so high that my Fang can’t even catch her💀

I think it's mostly due to the fact that AoV has an attack speed jungle item, making it better for marksmen to take on the jungle role.
