Search "Honor of kings" on Google play store with a Brazil vpn. Download the game then turn off the vpn and you're good to go

bro, tencent is blocking some accounts of players outside Brazil because they are causing lag on the server and many are trolling the ranked Brazilians. so I don't know if it's feasible to try to create an account on the BR server

If you're not from Brazil then the game will put you on "Hong Kong" server. Currently they implemented two servers, one for br players and Hong Kong server for other players. Once you log in to the game, you will be in that server. Most of us playing with 50-60 ms in Asia, so they won't block you from playing
