    Hey MR...you remind me of when I started ADV riding I was young once....34 years ago, keep it up and just get out there. After 34 years of riding I am actually thinking of going back to a WR250R as an ADV bike.

    Trick with the ferro Rod, Lots of small kindning+wood shavings + grass and tissue if you have it.
    Then scrape(back of knife) some of the ferro rod into a small pile (like a pinch worth) ontop of the dry grass etc, then get close and use your ferro rod to spark the scraped off ferro rod.
    That will ignite that and then that will ignite the kindiling and tinder and grass.
    Great job getting out and about :thumbsup:

    Good first attempt but why don't you cook on the fire .
    Save your gas for when you can't make fire lol .
    But practice makes perfect.

    Awesome video, man! Very well put together and entertaining 👍 I don't think I could camp by myself... Would shit myself scared at night... In the beginning of the video I thought you were not carrying too much stuff, impressive how little space everything took. 👌👊🛵

      Fabio Bowles Vilela thanks man! Kinda put some thought into it haha. Yeah I had everything I would ever need! I didn’t think about being scared until Tom messaged me saying “who’s the guy in the background of the photo you took of your camp fire” -_-

    Awesome mate. I have done a heap of adventure riding and I can definitely recommend the Exped DownMat or Synmat series. I have the 7 from memory and have probably slept on it over 100 night and LOVE it. It's light, very comfortable, has a built in inflator and keeps you warm too.

      JoeJoe Moto ooohh that’s a quality mat! So many on the market... I’m trying to find the best value for money stuff as I still need a ims tank, comfort seat and the camping gear for April when I do the 250r rally! So much money..

    • @JoeJoeMoto
      @JoeJoeMoto 6 лет назад

      Yeah, they are definitely pricey hey. All that gear adds up so quickly! I have been doing it for years, so I have slowly upgraded stuff over the years to a setup that I am really happy with.

    Lol you don’t need to have your jetboil set so high when cooking food maybe to light it but after that you gotta turn it down to a small flame otherwise you’ll burn the bottom of your food and the top will still be cold

    I love watching these videos and camping with the minimum amount of materials makes me feel in tune with the Universe 🌐. May I ask are you concerned about wild animals at night? Does fire attract them? By the way that ravioli smells great 🍝😁

      I packed every piece of rubbish with me into a garbage bag before I left. (As I always do). This was a very last minute trip, I never actually carry glass or cans of food in general. Thanks for watching
