What are the statistical significances of your probabilities? Your high probability calls seem to often change, making it very arbitrary when you say "high probability"
It’s based on the sum-of-the evidence analysis based on the data at the time. Data changed, we respond. It’s flexible vs rigid.
Probability of being incorrect the last 4 months means you should likely hire a better data scientist. High probability, top percentile of norm curve, by definition cannot be wrong a few times consecutively
