I hope you go back and catch the black kitten, and any other ones that might be there. If it is just the one, he will be lonely without his sibling. I hope you do keep them and make them into guard cats for your ponds and tanks. But if not I hope you find them good homes. So cute that you are trying to rescue abandoned fish, and abandoned kittens. Everything needs a loving home! 💕😊
I've trained cats before as long as they are food driven it's really easy. My son even trained his big black Maine coon how to actually ride a skate board and not just sit on it, he even uses his legs to push the board forwards. But I've been training dogs for 30yrs so that probably helps. But it is very doable!!!
Please be sure to spay/neuter when appropriate ! Also a vet check they could carry many cat born illnesses like FIV, ringworm , ect. Thanks for saving these babies ! It’s really important to find the mama and get her fixed !!
If that is a male, it needs plenty of fresh water. They do look old enough to eat solid food and be away from mom. Plenty of kitten food till they are 1 yrs old. Also spay or neuter as soon as possible.
A can of cat food and a live humane trap inside a cardboard box will do wonders for catching hungry feral kittens. I have 5 that are former ferals. My fluffy tuxedo in my avatar picture was born feral, she was only 4 weeks old when I found her and about half the size of the little tabby kitten.
Feral kittens can be tamed. I caught a gorgeous ginger and white male kitten, very feral. You hold them by the scruff ,after carefully putting a towel or someyhing around them first. The one i caught was approx 4 months old. BUT after a few wedks of putting in hard work. To do things like softly talking to the kitten, we had a great tamed/ playful /cuddly /loving/ family pet.
Hi Rob, I'm nightsight's wife lol What a precious kitty please go back and and rescue the other kitty if you can❤. I love your videos and I am so happy you have a home and tons of tanks!!! Can you go back and check the fountain where you left your trap and can you also go back to where snappy the alligator was and fish that area to see all the exotic species of fish are there. Keep up the the great video's and making my days 😊
Omg the poor little angel!!! It’s terrified, absolutely terrified. Please be gentle with them help them. Don’t let them go to somebody who won’t care for them.
Have you ever had a kitten Robbie. Leave it inside until it’s big enough to take care of himself. Dogs will come from all over the neighborhood to try and eat him
The kitten was just afraid. Someone could of dumped it. It is a Tabby and probably around 2 to 3 months. So glad you are giving it a loving home. Just try to get it fixed before 6 mos of age.
Just FYI don’t fix before this time frame if you want an appropriately filled out male cat, boys need hormones, just got my boy fixed at 1 1/2 and he’s perfect!!
That was certainly different ,Rob your great at catching fish I love the success you have with your traps ,Hint Hint 😁 kitty cant resist a little tuna or chicken 😉
Great Job rescuing the one kitten!! In the future, I recommend some heavy leather gloves when rescuing feral kittens. The kitten appears to be at least 8 to 10 weeks old... maybe 11 weeks old. The initial contact aggression was purely out of fear more than anything. Truly feral kittens with no human contact seldom tame down as quickly though kitten normally do tame eventually. Once she got over the initial shock, she seem to calm down quickly. You have to remember, compared to them you're as big as a house, so if a house sized monster grabbed you up, wouldn't you be excited/scared too. Cats, unlike dogs, don't do well with the boundary collars/invisible fence thing. That shock the collars deliver would seen the kitten or cat into orbit! It wouldn't be a good thing thing for the kitten. Also you would have to have somewhere where your kitten/cat can get that a dog couldn't get them. Always plan for the worst scenario, friend.
Rob I gotta say massive respect to you man you went out of your way to save them kittens when you could of just left them there ain’t many people like you on this planet your a legend bro 👊🏼 ❤
You made me laugh, the cats fallen on hard times, beer and baccy. The visual of hard bitten, street weary felines was so funny. 😹 good on you for saving the little itty bitty kitties. Vet checks for cat flu, worms, other intestinal problems and general health, good food and neutering and they will be ready for their Forever Homes. In NZ we have a problem with Feral cats 🐈⬛ gobbling up the rare indigenous wildlife, so folk are encouraged to neuter and microchip their cats AND keep them at home, preferably in a catio. This means no dead wildlife and happy kitties. 🐱 Good Job Rob! 😊
Some people just have a way with cats. Good on you for catching it, now you just need to get its brothers and sisters. Oh, and don't forget to get them spayed/neutered. She looks like she's perfectly adoptable now that she isn't stressed out. Which is a good sign for the rest of them and makes them more adoptable, though if they were too feral most adoption agencies have a barn cat program that let farmers adopt them to keep the rodent pop down.
Bro😂 HOLD KITTENS & PUPPIES by the scruff of their necks! Their moms do it because it releases endorphins to RELAX!❤Animals ARE SUPER SMART❤ They react how they were taught , MUCH LIKE US! They know when you're trying to help !❤
Also just an idea, when kitten gets bigger u can use a storage tote 18gal or so with tight fit lid and jus cut a hole in front and throw some bedding in there. Its pretty good for the feral cats on our ranch!
Aww your awesome… i started binge watching your channel because i live in ct and can’t believe the fish you can find in ditches and sewers in FLA. We have crap for fish here and now my fiancé and I are looking into FLA to move because this looks like the perfect place for us to relocate considering the fish hobbyists we have become.
Rob is such a scaredy-cat he’s always worried about getting germs on him. He makes me laugh😂 Their just scared, they’re young enough that they would be lovely pets :)
Please let him live inside . He can still go outside. Cats are very loving and friendly. Don't treat him like an "animal" though are like a child . With love trust and respect he will be a best friend. Also they are not free . He needs all vaccines and to be neutered or spayed if female
I've gotten worse kittens used to domestic life. We had one named jaws for obvious reasons that hid in the house for a month before he trusted us enough to interact with us. It's just scared.
I went through the same thing with my 2 cats. They were so feral like yours. Now they’re 7 yrs old and one of them (Stuart Snarfler) is cuddling with me right now lol 😂
Dude yall are wrong for not sticking around to catch th other one too cuz now that poor little dude is alone in the wild without his sibling to hang out wih. Come on man thats fucked up..
Good luck with trying to use the boundary collar. Never known a cat using one, only dogs. Kitten is young enough to completely domesticate it. Or rather domesticate themselves to us, once they know where food is and nice warm places to sleep, they are happy. He would be about 8 to 10 weeks old. He looks so cute. Please go back to catch the other one. Don't give up on it either. I would say someone dumped them as it is to calm with people to have been born wild.
Okay as a cats owner and all of them are from streets you can make plans but traning a cat to live outside and catch other things is 50/50 can't guarantee like they are independent animals so 💀
With cats, if you grab them by the scruff of the neck (look it up) they will stip fighting, especially kittens. Its how their mamas move them around. They are definitely old enough to be on solid food, which is likely why mama hasn't been around much. If you can catch mama though getting her neutered will improve her life ten fold, though try not to use nets. You can get spring loaded bait traps that are way more effective for cats. Make sure you wash those scratches out well as cats claws are full of nasties.
I hope you go back and catch the black kitten, and any other ones that might be there. If it is just the one, he will be lonely without his sibling. I hope you do keep them and make them into guard cats for your ponds and tanks. But if not I hope you find them good homes. So funny! Tim just reached in and he was tame...no way to train a cat, have you ever had a cat? He will train you!
So true 😁

How do you know so much about cats
Do you like the camera girl
Wow Rob Went From Fish 🐠 Catcher To Kitty Wrangler 🐱
I'm thinking Rob has been a kitty wrangler for awhile now.
i know i wanna be there
When you want to catch a cat, open a can of sardines. Every cat for 2 blocks will come.
? I don’t think that’s always works no wild animal would ever be that close
A can of Tuna works better xxx

It’s fear, most young kittens found feral will be able to be tamed with patience. Treats and food is the best way to earn their trust.
Tim with the kitten 🥰 too adorable. More Tim.
“Poke my hole.” I don’t think the cats are the only ones on hard times.
Omg the poor little angel!!!

Thank you guys for doing all you can for the kittens. You are good people. You truly care!
Obviously Rob has never had cats before if he thinks he will train them.
Rob, the cats will train you!
My cat has trained me with a very specific MEOW that means, "Hooman, treats NOW, OR YOUR HAND is going to be eviscerated by MURDER MITTENS!" 😂😂😂

Cats are the best🥹
My cat started turning up at my doorstep he was about a year old. He’s lovely I’ve had him for years now.:)
ROB it is not a mean, nasty kitten. It is SCARED. Needs love and lots TLC to tame it
It is a scared kitten but it is also mean and nasty because it is feral.
That poor black kitty is probably scared to death by its self please go get that baby please
Zac egging you on to get your head in the hole 😂
Please go get that black kitten, slowly show it that ppl are not so bad,it will need time but it will have a way better life.

You Definitely have to get the other cat too. It was out there all alone cause you kidnapped their sister! But yeah you should keep them both.
I think you have the nicest fish on RUclips😊
That was certainly different ,Rob your great at catching fish I love the success you have with your traps ,Hint Hint 😁 kitty cant resist a little tuna or chicken 😉
Hay man don't forget to get them fixed don't need more lives and if they brother and sister they will mate they are animals of instinct remember that

One of my favorite videos brother
Rob you such a cool cat!
That kitten definitely isn’t wild . It’s had some kind of human contact. It wouldn’t be that quiet otherwise.
😢... dumped. People can be so evil.
It is out of its home territory, of course it's nice now.
Your cat is just a beautiful tabby. Looks exactly like my old boy

Aww wonderful! I have a soft spot for wild/abandoned cats because my cats grandma was dumped... 😢 so sas
Please keep him! ❤❤❤
The reason why the cat was behaving like that was becuz ur holding it by its tail
Awww!! 💕💕💕
Those poor kittens were terrified of you. Yes they are feral but chasing them, poking them,ND picking them up with bu the leg does not help
Aw. That kitten looks like my cat when she was lil. Crazy kitty 😺

You have to catch the other kitten, so it isn't alone!
Thats cool
Please keep this cat INDOORS. Cats harm the environment/ ecosystem! Also many dangers for a cat outside…. PLEASE GET HIM FIXED!

Boundary collar won't protect it if something else comes into the yard after it. The collar will only prevent it from escaping.
🎉
You joked about a bobcat but that cat looks like a pixiebob to me.
I hope rob y’all go back and get that other kitten so he won’t be alone rob.
I agree. Tabby and Savanah are the most likely mix. Has Savanah markings and ears, but the face and eyes are very tabby
I think you scared them the way you came after them
Dude yall are wrong for not sticking around to catch th other one too cuz now that poor little dude is alone in the wild without his sibling to hang out wih. Come on man thats fucked up..
Cats don’t wear boundary collars.
He looks like my boy Drogon ❤
Could be a bob cat cross, has black long ear trips dark stripe from eyes down cheek, spots and mottled top coat 😅
He was just afraid, the most friendly of animals will act aggressively when they are afraid or in pain❤
Watched a video with your hair down
