Mathias Jabs is one of my all time guitar heroes.
Me too, EXTREMELY underrated guitarist.
Matthias is such an underrated guitarist and I hate that they are not in the RR hall of fame. What a joke that thing is. Rock on Scorpions! Brings me right back to high school 84-88. Great times.

Agreed, the Scorpions belong in the rock n roll hall of fame. Throughout the bands conception to even today, all great musicians in their right. I enjoyed every concert I attended.
They've still got it.....just like listening to them in my bedroom back in 1984 all over again!!!

Correct. All of his EX90 series models are similar. I think even the Mastercaster series has necks wider than those of Strats.

Well he.. Come on lets be honest for christs sake. He can barely sing. Yes, he is.. 76? I guess this is their last tour. But years ago he was an amazing singer. Age catches us all.

Sad to say but Klaus need to retire now. He looked and sounded too tired here. The band can get another vocalist if they want to keep on going but Klaus can't anymore.
This is their last run, they’ve been at it 50 years, they know it’s time to go, this last run is for us, not them.

Like Richie Sambora from Bon Jovi. Both have nice solos and playing. Both are not so popular on list of greatest guitar players of all time.

Headphones or speakers with enhanced bass greatly improve the experience. Unfortunately, it's hard to capture better quality without an external microphone.

The original version is the best. The drummer isn't putting the right fills in as on the recording. Why he's even the drummer is beyond me. His looks alone don't fit. He behaves like a young kid. Whatever happened to Herman Rarebell anyway 😧

It's Mickey Dee from Motorhead and Don Dokken's solo band from the early 90s(?). Loved his drumming on Don's album "Up From The Ashes". Still one of my favorite albums.
Klaus seems to have had the wind taken out of him though. I know he's gonna be 76 this year so it's understood, but still, it's hard to see when age catches up with one of your idols. I just count myself fortunate to have seen them live 4 times between 1988 and 2017.
EDIT: Just did a little Googling and learned that Klaus is recovering from major spinal surgery which explains things. Get well Klaus!

He is still, and will always be, my favorite player. He was the reason that I started listening to the Scorpions. I heard Dynamite for the first time, and I was hooked. From that point on, they had become my favorite rock band.

Search for Klaus Meine. Top 3 voices of all time. He is signing at age 75 a few weeks after a serious spinal surgery. Find another example.
I'm with you. Klaus Meine is a voice to love or hate. But Scorpions are still not a metal band.
