I am a little confused as my textbook says supraoptic nucleus secretes oxytocin and paraventricular nucleus secretes ADH/vasopressin which was presented in an opposing way here

it was a great video...but except for the fact that here the anterior and posterior pituitary glands are labelled incorrectly.
