Thank you so much Denise, I really really enjoyed watching you create these three superb pieces. It’s just so surprising how the end result is so different from what it looks like. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags ❤❤❤
Funny, I also didn't really like the dark red on the third piece....UNTIL you put the gold scribble on it! What a difference that simple layer made. It turned out to be my favorite one! I got scared at the end when you almost punched a heart out of it, lol.
Looks as though not many men enjoy your channel! I want to say they are wrong. Your enthusiasm is contagious. I tried your technique and it was fantastic. Thanks!
Lone male or not… so glad you are here! I just switched up this channel from photography to art in April - so maybe most just haven’t found me yet. Thank you! ☺️
You are the sweetest person alive! I love watching your videos. It always puts a smile on my face. And it really inspired me to start doing intuitive watercolors. Thank you for being so you!
I’ve watched so many of your videos, but I can’t remember if I commented on this one before, so forgive me if I’m repeating myself. I LOVE this colour pallet and these pieces!!! ❤. Definitely going to try this colour combo 😁. Thank you for sharing!
This is not just interesting but also entertaining, I love your enthusiasm. You've certainly inspired me to do multiple pieces and play more, Thanks from Australia
I absolutely love your videos. Your genuine love for color, the supplies, and art itself is so apparent and inspiring. Intuitive is my favorite approach, even though it doesn't always turn out, it's so much fun! And, as silly as this may be to admit, I am super excited to FINALLY find someone with MY accent. I was beginning to think I was the only southern artist on RUclips!! LOL. Thank you for sharing your gift and advice. You are awesome!! ❤️✝️🌹❤️
@@mrs.z605 Eeeek!! Yes to the Southern artists!! I agree... I don't hear too many of us either! So glad you are here... too funny about that piece... I didn't cut it up even after the video... I have it hanging on my art wall with the other 2 so I can enjoy them for a bit because I love those colors so much. 🥰
@@susanorban3059 I'm in NW Alabama. Where are you? 😁 Denise, I have family in the ATL. I pass thru there regularly on my way to Savannah (born and raised LOL).
I just found your channel and I love it! Your enthusiasm is infectious. Your color palettes are so interesting to me. That’s what got me to click on your video. My favorites was the far right one. For me, the more saturation the better.
The stencil with the little holes reminds me of what my mom used to do it was called key punch. They would put a card in and punch the information on it and the wholes looked like that. ❤ I don’t think you have done anything that the colors didn’t look good together ❤ thank you ❤❤
A few days ago I pulled out my peerless paints and played with them, which I bought several years ago. So funny I am just now seeing your video on use of these.
Love this set! I was saying nooooo when you started to add the sage green to the middle one. Then, again, I was wrong. Loved it. FYI several years ago when Peerless WC came back into the scene several people had videos showing how they put the smaller square pieces into a 3 ring binder taped to sheet protectors with a piece of acetate between the pages so the colors wouldn’t get mixed together when still wet.
LOL!! I was a tiny bit scared when I did it - but it turned out so good! 😁 Great tip on the binder! I’ve had these for a while, I don’t pull them out enough, I’d love them in sleeves! Thanks!
I am enjoying your tutorials! I offer a comment: to pull tape off watercolor paper run one finger along on the tape and then pull the tape diagonally with the other hand. Do this slowly. Hope it is helpful!
Binge watching, on my/yr 6th or 7th segment, using what's at hand, definitely mixing it up...feel like a cork being pulled out of a rarely used champagne bottle...ty.
I’ve been bingeing your videos to a RIDICULOUS extent. Thanks so much for sharing so much. I particularly love the colors on these - I tried to pay attention to the names, and I think I got most of them, but just to make sure, could you please tell me the names of the Peerless Watercolor sheets you ended up using after going through them? I’ve never tried them but am tempted to make a small order of at least the ones that worked so well together here. :) I also have the Kuretake gold paste in my cart, ans the Holbein “Spring” gouache, am hemming and hawing over the expense of the art deco set, and I tried to get the nib but it was sold out. :/ AND I’m considering the Color Blocks (the maker should give you a discount affiliate code for how often you promote them!)… so this is turning out to be financiallh challenging, heh. But I really do just love these colors together so much.
So glad you are enjoying my Chanel!! Thank you!! 🥰 I think those were chrome yellow, mountain green, and rose red. That video was months ago - so check in the video as I think I mention the colors in there.

I believe that one of the ways to use these paints is to cut a small piece off the paper (about a cm x cm) put it in a pallet & add water.

Yes - those are acrylic paints.
SALT! I've never seen this done before

I just eye ball it while I’m taping down. I can trim it perfect if I really love a piece on my paper cutter. 😊
