@@bullymaguire632no and theres 2 main reasons. For one, the wormhole is permanently closed off so for the Time Machine, the timeline doesnt exist. And second, he could return to a timeline where he is about to leave but that would mean there would be 2 trunks’s. It still wouldn’t be HIS timeline which is what he wants to go back to. It also just creates bigger problems such as potentially screwing that version of Trunks timeline over as well.
@@bullymaguire632well, Trunks would travel back to the timeline he came from, at the very least only a few hours might have passed since his initial departure. So it’s not like he would come back after like ten years or something after spending that time in the past timeline. Space and time travel is complicated

As cool as that would be, it probably wouldn't happpen since The Saiyan Saga is supposed to be the last point in time when Gero's drones would have taken anyone's dna or captured footage of the Dragon Warriors. Which now that I say is a major plot hole considering Gero had Freeza's DNA but didn't know about Super Saiyan, but the Red Ribbon Army had footage from Trunk's fight with Mecha Freeza, so his drones were still around at that time so he sould have known about Super Saiyan. Unless I'm getting official canon and DBZA mixed up again.

@@KiraiKatsuji Well until I started questioning it, I just assumed that Gero just went full ham on strengthening his androids. Like if Great Ape Vegeta's strength was 9/10, well then Gero's pumping up his creations until they're like 70/10

Perfect cell vs. GOKU BLACK
Perfect Cell gets Super Perfect unlocked by Babidi. His DNA wont allow him to serve. He fights Dabura and Majin Buu is released. The supreme Kai, seeing no other option takes Cell to train.
Breaks Sword->Ultimate Cell is unlocked. Buu eventually splits->Super Buu->Cell absorbs Super Buu; Big infusion of evil and having Cell power up->God Ki (Ultra Cell)
Zamasu sneakily kills the Supreme Kai. Cell isn't really bothered just annoyed as he was still learning magic.
"Zero Mortals Plan? You've piqued my curiosity!"
Teams up with Zamasu and Goku Black. Cell unlocks Ultra Viõlèt and Goku Black gets Rosè simultaneously. Before ever traveling with the time rings.
We're gonna need Beast Trunks & Gohan->Truhan, UI Goku, UE Vegeta, Orange Piccolo, and Broly.
The first thing Zamasu does is kill Dende and the Namekian Elder; no pesky wishes. Could have a 'Tea Time' scene where Cell tells them about all the stupid Morty wishes made on the Dragon Balls, angering Zamasu and GB further.
Zamasu upsets Cell and gets absorbed. Goku Black doesn't care; Goku influence as Zamasu was weak; Cell can use all of Zamasu's magic now.
@@TheNebulose huh i doubt Zamasu would team up with Anyone that isn't himself in some form and I doubt Cell would absorb anyone else due to his perfection complex/Ego and besides Zamasu would be disgusted by how Cell came to exist at all as a mortal science experiment so Gero could play god
@RikouHogashi These are simply alterations to ideas from his other what ifs.
The trunks cell killed is from a timeline where our heroes didn't go into the hyperbolic time chamber, and everything ended badly so trunks took the remote device and shutted down the androids from his time but then got murdered by cell.
I have i feeling bulma will somehow find a way to bring him back to the future. If not then my guess is Beerus and whis will bring him back to his timeline after maybe the universe 6 tournament or the tournament of power. As his reward for helping them win perhaps 🤔
I have a feeling future pc will destroy earth and future Bulma will travel right beforehand
@@abeyohando4976 Well depends on timing as at bare minimum cell with emerge around 1.5 to 2 years after Trunks destroys the androids and then lurk around until trunks attempts to go for a time to the past, so if Trunks manages to go back to the future at the half way more of the 7 year timeskip then PC will destroy earth

@@RES147 yeah smugstick made one like this but the big difference is that in smugsticks version trunks chose to stay in the past after the cell saga and not like here were he is trapped in the past so yeah its similar but a huge difference in my opinion

I mean you kinda had this scenario in What if Beerus woke up early.
This is a very intriguing idea, trunks should train gohan in the HBTC or have goku train trunks and gohan in the HBTC while vegeta goes in with piccolo. It would also be great seeing trunks unlock ssj4 in later parts. Speaking of ssj4 you should do what if future trunks was in gt (have it be an original arc instead of the goku black arc)

I had some ideas for What ifs you could use in the future.
What if Arale stayed with Goku?,
What if Bulma stayed with Yamcha?, (This next one is a bit strange but would be interesting.) What if Zangya was redeemed,
Or maybe a what if that covers the two other saiyan survivors that Toyotaro confirmed were alive in canon, Onio and his wife Honey.
Well at least the threat of Cell has been negated, although I'm curious to see if Present Cell will be left alone or not in the next part? 🤔 Since Gohan has been training with two SSJs and a Namekian that can keep up with a SSJ he should be able to tap into to SSJ during those 3 years of training. 👍 Maybe Future Trunks and Gohan develop a Master-Student relationship like what happened in the Future Timeline, but the roles are reverse here. 🙂 Anyways another really good start to this new series, and looking forward to the next part soon.

well I wonder how this is gonna go, Trunks might be stronger though since they have an extra super saiyan training partner.
Then I imagine that trunks would hunt for the super dragon balls to be sent back just to know that bulma was killed by the androids.

There's a simpler and more thematic way of making this story happen; just make it so Android destroying the world is inevitable future and Trunks has no choice but to completely rewrite the timeline from the past

I’m guessing even if the time machine don’t work that the time ring still does so we still might see stuff of the future, or maybe future bulma may try to just build another time machine, but wonder if the future timeline is gonna have dark outcome we’re cell just wins before running into goku black and battling him, or we gonna get something like dragon ball new hope fan manga and bulmas gonna make it to namek and bring back gohan, down to see what happens next

Hah my theory on how he gets stuck was true, in short the timeline is strained by there being two opening to two different futures, and one timeline is created by a time machine with already created timeline, great that my logic worked in a way which wasn't far from yours, now time to actually watch.
Ohh wow we're speeding the Cell Stuff, and Androids will be no threat.
I really can't wait for how everything will develop.
I think of instead Bulma dying from androids with no trunks, she takes initiative and search for new namek to revive one of the tougher z-fighters to handle the situation

Honestly, the androids in the future timeline may just leave earth. Because bulma would've hid herself from the androids.
They can’t, no space ship
But they can't breath in space. 🤨 My guess they keep terrorizing Earth until Future Cell comes out, then after absorbing them leads towards Future Cell leaving because there's nobody to fight on Earth. 🤔
So they leave the earth

They destroyed everything in their path, including technology.
They can't breath in outer space, they don't have frieza DNA.

This is interesting because with Trunks being stuck in the main timeline that means he and everyone finds out about Cell and they quickly killied him before he absorbs people
Also this Trunks is a bit stronger then canon Trunks at this point due to him actually training with Goku Piccolo and Gohan. Meaning he should have a good mastery of his super Sayian form.
I say maybe he and Goku might be on the same level as 17 and 18 and Vegeta is weaker than them which he will be pissed about that lol.
So yeah man I’m looking forward to see how they will deal with the Androids and how much of an impact Future Trunks being here would be from this point on.
