@@heliosilver it isnt, he converts every stat he doesnt use into ap, so AS, ad, mana, etc get converted to ap. It still is better on mel, or heimer obviously since viktor doesnt deal any dmg basically

As well as a Red Buff. At least he applies burn I guess. But all the AS is useless. Also, he gets a Mel and keeps the BB, RB and Shojin on Viktor....
@@heliosilver Red Buff on Viktor is good, recommended even. A burn to the entire board is more important than the 35% AS not doing anything.
