You can buy just the skin through the skin menu and not the shop menu

The skin can be bought individually in the hero gallery. And no, the skin wont be avalaible once the shop refreshes.

same, but i end up bought this one. In my opinion, Time keeper looks better overall, but Witch has unique voicelines and the bundle costs 2600 coins i think, this one you can buy the skin for 1900
