Loved the video and I too have been raised to own up to my mistakes if I make one. People will appreciate the apology and owning up to the mistake more than trying to hide everything and be perfect.
Also-I think it’s safe to say you are in the wrong occupation if you are so bitter to the point where you are treating others with disrespect. That’s never ok under any circumstances. Yes, everyone’s gotta do some things they don’t want to do for work at times, that’s just reality. Everyone needs to pay their bills and bills won’t pay itself. However, that shouldn’t be the majority of your work and you shouldn’t be so miserable working. Find a job that you don’t mind doing and can be happy doing even if it may not be your dream job. Your happiness matters as much as paying bills and putting roof over your head and having food in the house.
