When you want to breeding betta fish, first you have to introduce the male and female betta fish by putting them together in one place like you did but you must wait until the male betta fish make lots of bubble then you can release the female. When the male alreadt make lots of bubble, it's sign that your betta fish is ready to breed.

How does maintenance work for the submersible pump overflow to prevent the filter media to not clog or are they low maintenance enough that only water changes are needed?
