In my opinion, all the shapeshifters would beat all the vampires. a quilete wolf is more scary, aggressive, faster, stronger has longer teeth and razor sharp claws. A wolf would be more powerful than a vampire as they are more terrifying and their growls sound more lions like roars than canine. In Alice's vison, sam uley literally tore Jane to pieces which means Sam Uley is more powerful than jane as they are both the second most powerful of their species in the series. Jacob would beat every vampire in the twilight series. Shapeshifters are designed to hunt a kill vampires as their wolf genes activate when their near. This means that a shapeshifter would be physically stronger than any vampire as they are designed to hold onto them and rip them to pieces. They nearly got mistaken as werewolves which is something many vampires fear. If quilete wolves are designed to kill vampires and protect humans than they are definitely more powerful.
Honestly yeah her ability to just completely cut off Janes power is filthy😂and Jane without her ability is useless. Bella even without the counter already scales above Edward and Emmett so she would literally just murder Jane
Only Jacob does, he's killed a few average to top tier vampires with just 1 bite while the other wolves have to take atleast a few, he can resist Sam's alpha calls, he's almost as fast as Victoria who should probably be the fastest vampire in Twilight, he's an alpha and has the potential to mind control his pack, he has able to resist to Vampire strength in his human form to a certain extent, like when he shrugged of Edwards hand once, say as Emmets and when he fixed broken bones that Edward gave him and he's also able to transform the quickest out of his fellow shapeshifters. Forgot to mention, his ability to smell vampires is strong as when he smelled Alice from outside of Bella's house
W list but here are my own personal changes: Riley above Seth Demetri above potentially everyone below jasper. He's right below jasper imo Let's all be real Alec shouldn't even be in this list, he's a featless fodder only being so highly regarded bcuz he's Janes brother. Like im actually curious why did you put Alec above Felix?
Because Bella was shown to be able to controll her newly found hunger with ease,and also her strength rivaled Emmet. Ed & Jake have shown the same amount of feats with strength going to Ed,speed to Jake,iq and biq to Ed,Range to Jake etc

According to some of the storyboards in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn though, one could argue Leah is actually stronger than Sam. In Eclipse there was supposed to be a scene where Victoria and her female newborns ambush Sam and overpower him, before Leah leaps to his rescue. They manage to tie him up both in that scrapped scene and then again during the newborn battle. Both times, Sam cannot free himself, though he strains and thrashes with all his might, but Leah very casually unties him. 🐺🐺

Bella was not stronger than Jane because Bella couldn't move while blocking jane power so that leaves her pretty vulnerable .. while jane could move also jane range was longer than bella's shield because as you saw when edward came back to troop he was attacked by jane but when edward left towards Aro bella's range was cutoff...
Yes she was or at least already her match. Her opposite really. She was still very new to being a vampire and grew her shield power faster than Kate grew her electric power so it would only increase. Bella can also shield an entire group of people at once as she already showed in BD2 so she would be able to on the move later. Jane has to focus on the person to cause pain individually she can't cause more than one person pain at a time. The offensive powers are not necessarily what makes you the strongest.

Yes and Alice being able to see the future should make her the most powerful. Clearly, they are considering strength in a purely offensive manner.
