always a beautiful piece to listen to. makes me picture a dark ocean, terrible clouds overhead but the waves are peaceful, like the calm before the storm; you know what's coming is inevitable so all you can do is watch the waves and feel the wind pass through you. really evocative playing, truly transcendal :)

so much of bachs music is so royal and happy and energetic, so posh and "high class" sounding, but the same man is capable of these bitter sweet haunting harmonies and melodies. Love it. that picardy third ending tho AUGH so good
Bach didn't create this piece, he just arranged it for keyboard. The original is from Marcello's Oboe Concerto. But yes, Bach was capable of this. For example, his Air on the G String.

I think it's nice to have one of Bach's on the piano like this such a beautiful composition of Bach. Never heard this one before but after hearing, I think I like this performance. I was wishing if u can play more Chopin, maybe I'd like to request for the 4th ballade which you did mention in your 500k special celebration. Or perhaps maybe you can try attempting more his etudes, maybe the Op. 10 No. 3, it's really melancholic :)
