It amazing how many technical tall players nearly always had late growth spurts as kids. VVD, Vieira, Ibrahimovic, Haaland, Henry, Bergkamp, Zidane, Gerrard, Rodri and Kane all had significant growth spurts in their late teens. It shows maybe when they were short kids they had to rely on their technical skills and they suddenly became tall players and never lost skills they developed when they were short.
