    Thanks for the video. Mine arrived yesterday and I’m looking forward to getting home from my trip and get started on it. I would hate to imagine how many of those benchies have been printed over the years.

      I don't think you really need a fancy computer. I like this one - www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BN2FG7MJ/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It's affordable, easy to set up and runs things for me. Thanks!

    My first printer was an Ender 5 Pro. Seemed nice at the time, but the print bed was badly warped. I added a glass bed and that helped, but I just got so tired of messing with the bed leveling all of the time. Creality always seems to be a good price performer, hey just seem to have quality issues some times. I am sure the new printers are much better than my old one.

      Yeah I added the glass to my old one and still struggled with it. This one really surprised me. Thanks!

    not a ender printer but the cr6 se from creality was what got me started after i gave up on my ender 3 clone (big tree tech biqu b1) because the cr6 se assembly was almost the exact same as the ke in your vid not 5 hours like my b1 and solidly mounted bed no manuel leveling and it printed great out of the box i own 3 cr6 se and they run great to this day all stock besides pei beds and metal extruders

    I really like my Ender 3 S1 Pro, although I have nothing else to compare it to.
    I have experienced a Heated Bed problem after 1400 hour of use (yes I'm keeping track).
    I have had zero time to investigate, but I believe it's a cable or connection problem and I suspect it's similar to the Bambu Lab A1 problem. I also suspect several bed slinger models will wind up having similar issues.
    I decided before the A1 issue was know I would probably buy a Core XY printer when I could get the money to do so.

      Yeah I've had to change out the bed thermistor on almost all of my Prusas after a while. They just all end up having something that wears down. I really like my X1C. Thanks!

    • @The3DPrintingGrandad
      @The3DPrintingGrandad 6 месяцев назад

      @@tada3dprinting Good to know the thermistors seem to be a weak link. My suspension is I'm loosing that reading and the printer calls a HARD HALT. I'm glad to see the machine errors on the side of caution.
      I suspect thermistors are one place manufacturers can get by saving some money. Because of the temperature changes the thermistor is an electrical component subjected to mechanical wear. Thus they fail at a higher rate than many would expect.

    Euhm... did you removed the packaging material under the bed in the end? Because i did see you print with it still in place.

    • @tada3dprinting

      I ran the benchy without removing it by accident. It still printed fine. But yes I did remove it when I noticed. Thanks!

    I feel your pain I have to level the 10S 5 😢I hope someone else will come out with an affordable 500x500 printer that self levels, come on Bambu Labs!

      I have one, a Rat Rig, It trams by measuring 3 points on the bed, and adjusts the 3 Z axis motors then does a bed mesh. Since it runs Klipper it is very easy to adjust the mesh values. I have great results across the entire 500 mm bed
