    That is really clever. Bait your opponent into mimicking you and get set up for a throw. Love the idea of locking the other leg down.

    Man your content deverses so much more attention. Your techniques and tips are really awesome man. Thank you for sharing. Really appreciate such things especially during lockdown as substitute for a real gym. I'd love to see more of that.
