Have a lot that we are developing and was planning on doing a custom standard stick construction. But in the 2 plus years on getting Costal Commission and grading permit approval the cost of construction has nearly doubled. I am looking closely at modular builders and Connect Home is on the short list of builders given that we are in Southern California. Thanks to you and your panel for introducing the faces behind Connect Homes

Hello architect, I am very interested in your theory on prefabrication for architecture. I would like to know what was the building that he created with his theory. Greetings from Peru.

As a developer, the main issue I've had is, trying to find a prefab that is cost-effective. I have not been able to compare apples to apples (prefab vs custom), and custom has always come on at a lower price.

You showed a model in Los Angeles with ADU in the front, courtyard, and a 2 storied main home in the back. How many bedrooms is ADU?

I'm interested especially in duplexes - you would really profit from manufacturing them.
