This is wonderful is it possible to set up automation for tracking instead of physically putting in the numbers?
    Thanks

Possibly!! It depends on what you're tracking and if you need a third party integration tool like Zapier.

Is there a way to differentiate progress (manual) goals in a list's task?
Example: I have a new task( Cold call 100 xxx), and one of the columns I added was called Progress(manual), but now this progress bar reflects every other project in my list.
Can I set progress by specific tasks and sub-tasks only?
If I create OKRs, each Key-results need a dedicated task and custom Progress or value.

If you add a Custo Field to a list, folder, or space, it adds that CF to every single task in that category. Unfortunately, you can't decide which tasks or subtasks have it - but it's not required to use them. With OKRs correct, you need to have a specific target but you can just have 1 that mimics the name of the OKR if you just have 1 target.

Why would you use a KPI and OKRs together? a KPI not mapped to an objective sounds questionable. Also, one of the main reasons OKRs became popular for aligning huge organizations is that they are both top-down and bottom-up. A department may have its own Os and KRs. Then the team underneath it may have sub-Os with its own KRs. And so on and so forth. And there is leeway to these sub-Os and KRs. They can change them to a certain extent as long as they help the parent Os and KRs. The idea is that people on the ground have a more dynamic experience, so they can change their Os and KRs if need be to reflect any changes, as long as the parent Os and KRs are met.
On the other hand, KPIs are less flexible. KPIs in a huge organization cannot be changed just like that.
So having both KPIs and OKRs are a bit redundant. 🙂

I like to demonstrate many different ways you can utlize ClickUp, but don't always reccomend using all the things at the same time! :) This video was more geared towards people to see the visual of how you can do it, then decide if they want to use KPIs or OKRs and and how to move forward with that.
