and this is real cinema, real emotions, feelings, explosions, car rides, chases, not what we have now, only artificial computer effects and people in green costumes, maybe I'm weird, but I don't like this cinema anymore than I like old cinema or black and white films.
All jokes aside, much respect to the stuntmen and stunt coordinators. Amazing job with some of those wrecks. That ending was such a rollercoaster of emotions lol

It's truly incredible that in the year 3000 people will be driving cars and trucks over 1000 years old! They must have a maintenance plan that is meticulous to say the least and a huge stock of parts.
Absolute classic film, no other has ever broached a subject like this on film, not in the history of film have characters like these been seen, so thank you so much.

Don't we just always seem to admire seeing all the older vehicles doing what they did back then way before we got all this new advanced stuff that makes them real good doing crazy stunts and crazy drives without the super stiff shocks and advanced power just weight and man together doing the most daring life threatening stunts that most of the newer vehicles probably couldn't do and last through the test of beating the crap outta them without giving up, it's like the older vehicles just didn't give up, you had to really handle the steering wheel and floppy suspension against all the dangers of a curve corner, jumps or whatever, they kept going and going, I love it....
Loved this stuff back then, but now you also get heavy, warm nostalgia. Bonus! Just rented this tape and picking up some of those new square pizzas at Little Caesar's. They give you 2 for the price of 1 pizza! 😮
Its comforting to know that i can fantasize about honda atc 3 wheelers while working the 3rd shiat atc Drivetrain after having watched this in its 1st syndication run in the mid afternoon on a sunday at 8yo in a sleepy Oklahoma backwater in the 80s having all my synapses set ablaze. Its spiritual really. Italianl futuristic spaghetti westerns.
Long time ago a saw a resoanable amount of these kind of movies . I also saw several scenes repurposed in other movies , for instance the black women with the claws popped up in an other movie . But great movie , thanks .

12:39 by far, best character. And certainly the cutest one. But so underrated. The writers obviously forgot it before the end. Poor thing.

My parents had a VHS of this movie when i was a kid, so this was my Mad Max before i knew there was a Mad Max 🤣
I wathched in on a Panasonic portable black and white 3.5 radio tv combo when i was like 8 or 9 yo on a sunday. It was the absolute shit.
