I would advise strongly against break testing without wearing protective eyewear and gloves.
For God sake I was thinking the same when i saw it 😬 really confident guy
More like stupid guy
Don't worry, they are russians. God is protecting them.
Stupid not to. Cant buy new pair of eyes.
* bends right towards face *
...I cringed so hard.
Most of these "next level" tools have been around for 100 years.
the represent the next level coming from total amateur
Well, if your current tools are from 110 years ago...next level
@@SuperUncleRyan I tend to use a knife and a hammer in my work often. I guess those tools are older then Homo Sapiens species, so a little over 2 million years old. Cute, eh?

Still amazed at the performance of the tool

Hi
Looks a bit too "flexy"for me, would it stay true?
My thought exactly! The down bend was right in line with his face.
No... Just NO.

Get to work, boy! 🤣
It's cool how the electric log splitter allows access to both the air filter and spark plug. Hopefully the electric carborator is easy to access, too.
Not to mention the world's first screw-driven "hydraulic" system.
glad someone else seen this
This Hydraulic system is the newest oil free version 😂
You forgot to include the managers at the company I work for .
They are truly amazing tools : (
you need to add links to these products so we can all enjoy them
great videos
My favorite is the electric log splitter with replaceable spark plug and air filter for easy maintenance.
That's so it's easy to kick start... 🤪
The one with the electric motor? Loved that one.
Hydraulic
@@jazldazl9193 Exactly.
None of these tools are on another level. They're just tools.
And a lotof them are not anything new. Some are just gussied up old stuff. I think, though, that it's just content filler just to make a video.
ruclips.net/video/GoPOFE1JgDA/видео.html
not a single one of them
It depends on which level is the observer...
@@krumch I would say that about every observer is on low enough level to honestly say...none of these tools are on another level. Unless you mean EVERY TOOL shown is under even the lowest level observer... Just sayin
The man testing the flexible drill bit, with no safety glasses is risking his eyes of serious damage or blindness. Everything has a breaking point.
ruclips.net/video/GoPOFE1JgDA/видео.html
That's not a testing. A stupid showing off. If broken this drill bit could have punctured his face easily.
@@timtim4726 Did you read einstein ???
Ye please !!!
Always a troll somewhere, besides haven't you ever heard of Darwinism?
Epic break test, you think it's for the drill bit but they're actually testing dumb employees ability to withstand drill bits impaling them after they snap.
Ya I cringed when they zoomed out to show the guy with zero protection on. Holy shit the stupidity.
Fucking truly insane
Agreed, what a fool that guy is!
I thought they were testing to see what happens to your eyes when you don't wear eye protection.
Glad someone said it. What the hell..
4:37 litterally every ratchet does this
I think they're just showing how the mechanism works.
I know, right? There's really nothing special about the way a ratchet works, and it doesn't really qualify as being "on another level" so I really don't know why they felt the need to demonstrate the internal mechanism.
@@greenrefrigerator repair autos with box wrenches only lol. Ratchets are incredible despite the technological age. I'm still amazed at electric ratchets. It's heavenly wizardry at a minimum
Nice having an easy to reach sparkplug on an electric machine !
Its offscreen on the engine at the other end of the power cord.
What's the problem? Sparks are electric, aren't they? lol
I was wondering how far Id have to scroll to find someone who caught that. More fake news coming at yah.
This ratched that can turn both ways is amazing!
Do you ever show footage of the product that is used in the thumbnail of your video?

This is why you should give them a thumbs down... If the video is not good enough to stand on its own without click bait..
Nope constant clickbait
It's a type of firefighter bail-out anchor. It's not the most common style, but some firefighters use it.
Good point. I’d like to buy that item in the opening photo / the thing that holds a rope at the window. No mentioned of it in the video.

Deadass, that is a COMPLETELY NORMAL SOCKET WRENCH. CMON BRO
So true 😂

Pretty interesting finds here. However the music is killing me. Adios all.
You're right about that
I mean the drills aren't super expensive and definitely something anyone who owns a house needs
I used that nutsert tool 20 years ago when I used to re-manufacture Bradley Fighting Vehicles for BAE Systems.
Cool stuff, although I don't quite understand the purpose of showing the internal workings of a ratchet. It's a great tool and all but hardly qualifies as being "on another level".
Most ratchets i have seen and used dont have that forward reverse set up. Im guessing its the point on that one. Some of the tools would be cool to try but why not link them in the description?
@@rdford2973 I used to work in a hardware store and I've NEVER heard of a ratchet that only turns in one direction.
I'm right there with you dude.
That last one, the log splitter; It has "an accessible air filter and spark plug"? Where are those parts located on an electric motor?
I was JUST making that comment lol "that last log splitter, you can easily access its sparkplug and air filter... thats amazing since it has an electric motor...."

I love when someone says Carbide is impact resistant. It is so hard that it is brittle.
There are different grades suited for different materials eg. steel cutting
Yep, closest thing to diamond in hardness,,but so hard it will shatter like glass if it is impacted. Just like a carbide tipped scribe can engrave in steel with very little effort, but if you drop it on a concrete floor you can kiss it goodbye.
@@chadh3441 Was at a swapmeet and a vendor was trying to tell me the center punches he was selling were so expensive because they were carbide tipped.... Really? I said. When I explained carbide is so hard it would shatter as a punch, he changed his sales pitch.
@@pedtrog6443 I took four years machine shop in school then became a Millwright and apprenticed with a Tool and Die Maker for a decade, so I understand the different tooling. My uncle was a Carbide insert salesman in the 1970s. Pretty much second in hardness only to diamond.

no one says gasoline
Electric motors don't have spark plugs though
@@MrTiti Yeah they said it has an easy to reach air filter and spark plug, pretty sure they are talking about a petrol/gasoline engine. But like OP said, that one on the video is electric, even has the power cord coming off the end.

90% of these are either standard tools or things that are mainly for certain things but are being shown as if they are for whatever the anchor at 3:52 is made mainly for walls with metal studs due to how thin they are a screw often just rips out the hole it went in

Break testing a drill bit with no eye protection? Rather him than me.
I'm in the middle of OSHA 30 testing!
Saw this playing in my feed then saw the break test guy and immediately thought to my self, ‘I would NEVER do that without googles’ so that’s the only reason I’m here. Hey… to each their own. That reversible ratchet is AMAZING. How log have they been available!!!!!!
The electric log splitter has an air filter and spark plug? Wow, that really is amazing. What are they for?
😂
Yeah I don't get it either. Spark for explosion? What's exploding in an electric tool?
There is no airfilter or sparkplug on it. Its an 230v electric motor powering a hydraulicpump. Someone is making a video with no knowlege, im working with these kind of machines everyday.
Did nobody notice that electric log splitter had an accessible air filter and spark plug for easy maintenance 🤷♂️🤣

What's really amazing is the lack of safety in these demonstrations
8:30 For the dual sided blade, if the mount is symmetrical it will last about twice as long as a normal blade. Cut until the front side is mostly dull, flip it and use the other side. Even the dull former front side should cut backwards OK enough.
So even if it costs more for having both sides cut with teeth, it should still be cost competitive..
The teeth go the entire length of the blade on the front edge, but not the back, because the back edge needs to be supported by the bearing. They're not reversible.
ruclips.net/video/FuXaLVARi4Y/видео.html Sahara Dubai
Vc
The machine is not made to use backwards. No support from the bearing when going backwards.
@@duudsuufd 'No support from the bearing when going backwards.' You do realize that's not required, right? Even having the bearing on low cost jigsaws is a relatively newer fad, most jigsaws in people's homes don't even have the guide bearing. Turning blades around to cut backwards is an old hack, used for ages.
But you haven't shown the tool from the thumbnail

Not using eye protection during a drill bit break test. Genius.
Could you actually respond to us? So many people have asked you, multiple times, to leave links to the tools. At least give us the model and manufacturer. Couldn't you do this for us?
Great idea on the jigsaw blade but unfortunately they are not designed to go in reverse as the have a huge bearing behind the blade to prevent failure
Lol. These are all tools that have been around for quite some time. I guess if you've never used ANY tools before they might seem new and exciting, but they aren't. The socket wrench and step bit especially, I mean come on. Might as well put the wheel and the inclined plane on the list while your at it 🤦♂️
Plus using a step bit in lumber makes no sense! It's for thin material. Other wise the hole drilled is stepped!
@@terrygoyan Right? There's so many better options for drilling out a 2x piece of lumber properly. They make stubby spade bits for a reason lol

I used those ballpoint splinters in the 70s
Log splitter looked to be electric and even so something that small is no match for hard wood.
I disagree. That’s a very similar splitter to mine, which can deliver 4 tonnes (there is a 7 tonne model), and easily copes with the oak, beech and ash that I split in winter. So long as the wood is dried and you keep the knots at the opposite end to the blade, the wood splits along the grain no problem. It is electric, the motor pumps oil into a hydraulic cylinder which drives a hydraulic ram. It’s a great piece of kit and like most of the tools in this video it’s certainly not new.
@@binary10balls 4 tons is literally nothing, and would be stopped dead in its tracks by the sort of wood we split here. You are splitting old soft wood my friend. We have a 29 Ton and there are some logs it cant split!!!
@@RyanDiederich Again, I disagree. Like I said, I’m splitting oak, beech, maple, ash, cherry and sometimes eucalyptus. Softwoods are rare here in northern France. Before I got my splitter, I was using an axe, which is considerably less than 4 tonnes. Sometimes I still use an axe when making furniture. Seasoned, dry wood is no problem, but it is underpowered when it comes to fresh cut logs and knots. Also, these splitters are limited to logs of 50cm or shorter. Perhaps you need 29 tons for tree trunks.
