This is the person you don’t want your parents to meet because they’re always going to compare you to them
Ask your parents if they gave you the same upbringing. Many of these people had relatively great support systems. I doubt they were raised in the poorest area codes getting robbed and vehicle getting shot up, for example (despite the curated "I had a hard life, pick me" Harvard essays 😂)
There is a guy who enlisted in the navy, became a Navy SEAL, then his friend died of cancer and decided to become and doctor, THEN this mf became a god damn astronaut

thats what i was thinking too...even if she was a genius with an iq of 160+ and had an eidetic memory, her life seems so hectic and too perfect. she owns her own start up business at age 20, goes to harvard med, goes to the gym everyday, maintains her physical appearance, maintains a youtube channel, has her own website, is a medical student (which is tough in itself) and has time for her social life. I think there's definitely some downside to this, and its not good that she's promoting such an unhealthy lifestyle because people out here are comparing themselves to something that can never be achieved.
She isn’t a medical student. She is premed. When she is in med school, she will need someone to run her business for her as med school alone is a full time job

That's part of the trap. People and companies push this onto people so they can buy into self help products/courses. Also, so companies can get obedient workers who under value themselves so they can pay them less and treat them worst all for more profit for themselves.

I'm sorry to hear this and I wish I could help you but I can't. The only thing I can say is don't give up, please. I know it can sounds supe cheesy but you can still turn your life around, don't lose hope.
Maybe you can start by doing small things, like going outside for a walk or trying to catch up with a friend if you have one.
And like other people tend to point out, the lifestyle showcased in this video ought to come with a whole bag of sacrifices. There's no use in trying to compare yourself with a life that only a small percentage of teens can live, let alone a human. Focus on the things you can improve and you'll eventually reach a more stable life. Take it step-by-step.

Not everyone is rich, not everyone finds their passion, and not everyone is morally vacuous to run a business selling internship and study “advice” to anxious over achieving high schoolers. Just try to be a good person and make the world a little better. It is most likely better with you in it, so please stay and learn about yourself and the world around you.

Majority of people at 19 has no money and feel lost and don’t know what to do. It’s at this point in your life that you have the privilege of creating the life you would like to have. List the things you are interested in and along with it your strengths. Think of your resources, it may be limited but you can make the most of it. Invest time and energy in acquiring knowledge and competencies in the field of work that interests you and have capabilities and strengths to do so. Start with that and opportunities will come your way. Don’t feel bad that you are not like that girl. Each of us has our own paths and journeys that are as unique as we are as individuals. Life is a cycle of ups and downs. Think of the bow & arrow the farther back you pull the bow the higher the trajectory of the arrow. At a young age you’ll feel that you are pulled back so hard. But with faith, patience and perseverance, when it’s time and you’re ready you’ll soar as high as you want. Godbless❤️
