    డాక్టర్ గారు 8 గంటలు నిద్ర అవసరం అని బాగా చెప్పారు,కొందరు 5 గంటలు చాలు అంటున్నారు.రాత్రి గం.10:00 PM to Morning 6:00AM వరకు నిద్ర పొతే మంచిది ,అలాగే నడవడం,నీళ్ళు బాగా త్రాగడం,Lunch కన్నా Dinner తక్కువ Quantity తీసుకోవడం ఆరోగ్యాయానికి మంచిది,రాత్రి ఎంతో కొంత తింటే నిద్ర బాగా పడుతుంది

    Some adults go to sleep early by 8 pm n wake up by 1 pm breaking the sleep.Afterwords they will have no sleep upto 3 hours n after that they sleep again. Is it harmful. Pl. suggest the remedies if any.
