Me too. I only managed to restrict my speed down to 50 mph even if I applied 100% brake (not emergency brake, I'm not sure whether this train will stop dynamic brake if I apply the emergency brake). In reality this may cause serious accident according to historical overspeed derailments which is 40% more than restricted speed
