Hi Paige! Great cardio sequence. I'm always amazed at how much l sweat doing those...it's not like I'm running or biking or something )). I was wondering if you could record a video of a free standing warmup just using your body weight? Sometimes I'm just out of ideas, feel like recycling same old over and over again.
