Do you mean that blue colored slash? It is the Kingdom Sword. You will have it by doing Tears of Tyrant Main Quest.

Who is better,heinrich or thanatos?
For Survibility, Thanatos is better. In terms of damage, I guess both of them are almost in equal.
do 2 white star card working?
To be honest, I still don't have White Star Card so it's difficult for me to confirm to you what you are asking. However, based on my analyzation from what is mentioned in the card itself that the Crit Dmg will increase according to your VIT but, it's not mention that the effect will not stack. For me, 2 White Star Card will stack if you use for both of your accessories.

Low depo recommended pve class?
Even I, also low depo up to 70%. The best of all that I can recommend is Rathgricy in terms of dps and survibility.

wala magawa kanina, dmg test sa PML Dragon dummy, pwede pa tumaas damage pero katamad na ayusin pang void lang naman kasi yan hein ko, pagpasensyahan mo na yun video haha tamad talaga ako wala na edit edit
