Ideally you are looking for rare games from people who don’t know how rare they are. With time you get to know what games are rare and what ones are not. Just make sure you don’t buy copies though!

You can sell all of them but mine are sega mega drive games which are more retro.

True. I don’t think many report to the tax man what they do on the marketplace. EBay is a different story though.
