To everyone whom it may concern I found an add-on called phanx buffs and it may be the one he is using.

Did you max the talent points on eviscerate from the assassination talent tree cuz my damage with eviscerate is never more than my backstab's around 20-25 k damage on geared players plz answer me and thanks a lot for your time.

@@cruisingwithoutsail6585 he burtest whitout any bleeds im his targest (hemorrhage glyph) which would've increased bis total dmg by 16%
